This is very cool but one thing I've noticed about these tutorials is that these kind of designs do not look good on the mobile version. I know that you guys recently updated and have an optimized button that allows to quickly optimize the site. I just wish Wix had more customizable options in the mobile editor which nowadays is extremely important. I love Wix and have made several sites but have moved to Wordpress and Elementor because of this very issue. Hopefully you'll have something in the near future that will allow for more customizing in the mobile editor.
The mobile version of wix websites still suck after 2 years. I mean, they STILL haven't implemented parallax, and you still can't make mobile only exclusive text/boxes/buttons and idk why they even do that.
These tutorials are fantastic, though I can't help but think that for all of the trouble of basically tricking the system into all of these layouts (with basically no mobile option), someone could've just as easily used Webflow and had a truly responsive and accessible site.
These tutorials are great and all, and produce some amazing looking sites. What I don't get though, is that you place some elements outside of the grid lines. Although this may look great on the a desktop monitor that the site was created on, these particular elements will likely overlap or otherwise look out of place at different resolutions and screen sizes.
You are supposed to use responsive template and make sure all the section strips are set to stretched in the layout section in order for it to fit all screens, hope this helps.
is there any way that I can keep my original image size in each wix slideshow without being stretched out whenever the second & third image are differ on sizes...
I have multiple pages in website, I want them to scroll down page by page instead of only clicking on the navigator pannel. I added strips in parallax effect but they didnt "combine" multiple pages in with scroll. Can someone help with that? All I see you add scrolls in one single page and there is no way I can add parallax as a page transition.
Great website and the effects. I'm trying to duplicate the non-scrolling numbers (the 01 and 02 in the boxes) you added towards the end of the video and I can't seem to get it to work. I placed a png graphic inside a strip and set the scroll to reveal so it would be static on the page, but in preview the png shifts position to the top of the page even though the strip is positioned at 140y. Maybe I'm missing something...what sizes are your png graphics? I played with your demo website but without the original pngs I couldn't figure it out.
Need help on 3:00 - 3:12 when I followed your instruction, it not the same as your effect . It goes like this, after applying parallax the image zooms in is not fully image which is hard to see what the image. I hope you can help me ASAP, I NEED THIS FOR MY FINAL PROJECT. If you do not understand I will try to explained it better.
@High On Design I followed this tutorial to create paralax site. Which is looking stunning in desktop view. Now i'm optimizing it in mobile view. So the strips of which I have changed backgrounds are appearing big in mobile view and texts written are cutting which is obvious. How can I delete these strips and add new strip which will only be visible in mobile view.
Hi , great tutorial, I have one question, can you resize the image when you are changing the background image of the column . Everything is great when are adding an image of a person which is in Portrait format but if you add an image with a group of people in Landscape the image is clipped.
@@wixplayground7678 I have clearly seen how willing you are to help users that pay for your service. After wasting time creating this it doesn't work AT ALL on the mobile version. Thanks for the tutorial! I'm really glad I chose Wix to make my website. So much design power.

Unfortunately it’s not fit for mobile version and I think you should mention it....
I like the way you think! Great job!
WOW, can you not??? Now I have to go redesign my entire website!! :,)

I was thinking the same thing, wouldn't those things disappear the moment they are put on a square sized computer?
@@davidkonevky7372 they will be all messed up in different screens, curious to know why he'd do that

Great video, however unable to add scroll effect to columns if there's no background image? How do I correct this please?

Awesome!!
