Google Workspace to Zoho Mail Dual Delivery

Sometimes we like to use secondary mail server to have a copy of our primary mail server, in such case you would be required Dual Email Delivery.
In this video you able to learn how to setup Google Workspace to Zoho Mail Dual Delivery. You have to setup your domain in both Mail System and your primary MX must pointing to Google Workspace in order to process Dual Delivery to Zoho. Also, you have to ensure the same users are created on Zoho mail to have their mail copy.

So this exists and works because of Google Workspace has the feature, I guess it won't work the other way around where Zoho is the primary mail server right? Thanks for the video by the way, very helpful!

Yes. If Zoho is primary MX such case you have to setup Zoho to GWS Split Delivery

To send from both provides, add both provides SPF records with the domain.

I'm able to get mine configured and working except when an email comes in it goes into my Zoho mail account (Google Workspace is my primary) but it does not deliver to my Workspace Gmail account. I can't seem to figure out what setting is causing this issue so that both accounts receive an incoming email. Any ideas?

Thanks for the video(s), I have seen both split and dual delivery videos. You made everything clear. But I just have one doubt, can we use both split and dual delivery at the same time? Like in Zoho we have user1, user2, user3, and we want to add user1, newuser2 in GSuite. user1 will be the same in both Zoho and Gsuite.
Note: Right now, we have our primary mx to zoho, but we will change to Google.

Should work, but additionally you have to create a dual delivery group.
