    She's right. The relief is immediate. The first two stretches addressed exactly the areas where my body needed relief.

    I found this 3 years too late. Thank you, adding these to my stretch routine. Currently doing the foam roller as i type

    This video was made three years ago. If I had started doing these stretches and movements three years ago I would not have the pains I have today. Bless you Coach Sofia. The video is very clear and your explanations were exact and with enough detail to make everything understandable. I will get started with these stretches tomorrow. Still resting from the cramp or pulled muscles that brought me down a few days ago.

      Yes but I've made many newer videos sharing same ir similar stretches. I'm glad you found it now! Also checkout the TFL release technique with the foam roller. It's great for releasing tight knots :)

      @@CoachSofia Thank you for responding to my comment. I have been looking at videos on iliopsoas issues and also the adductors. I am afraid in my case they all could be involved in the problem. I used to do psoas stretches and exercises in my routine but I slipped away from it and now I am suffering for it. I have subscribed to your channel so I will be watching your recent videos.

      @@Danny-ux1il You're welcome! I have made several videos on the Psoas and hip flexor releases on my channel recently. And, If you ever want something more focused, I have created a program specifically for releasing the hip flexors: www.coachsofiafitness.com/hip-flexors-program Thank you so much for subscribing :)

    Three months ago I got a 3cm tear in my TFL. I still have pains from that and most of the time this muscle is very tight. Massages only help just a little but it seems this foam rolling technique does take some of the tension off it. So thanks for posting this video.

    I’m dying here. I hope this works. If not I’ll be forced to remove my own hip.

    Can this muscle cause pain in front of the hips ? And can tfl compensate for weak psoas muscle ?

    • @Harkonnen2025
      @Harkonnen2025 Месяц назад

      Yeah tfl can definitely get tight if hip flexors like the psoas is weak

    It hurts to lay on my right side. Did it anyway, but painful

      Foam rolling can be uncomfortable especially if the area is very tight. Just make sure you're on the muscle, not a joint and work on it slowly each day.
