Black and Gold Plan (Patrol Base)

One of the first things an element leader needs to do after occupying a patrol base is establish the black and gold plan for the duration of the element's stay at that location. This must be quickly decided and disseminated to the soldiers to cover the contingency of the patrol base coming under either direct or indirect fire. Remember to stay safe when handling firearms and related gear, especially when pushing outside of your comfort zone.
