क्यों आयी हैं यमुना अथॉरिटी प्लॉट्स के रेट में भारी गिरावट। क्या खास वजह हुई कि रेट नहीं बढ़ रहे ।

    वाकई मैं बड़े शर्म की बात है कि ऑथोरिटी प्लॉट के कंप्लीशन का दबाव तो बना रही लेकिन अभी तक भी बिजली, पानी आदि बहुत ही जरूरी सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध नहीं करा पाई हैं।

    Bhaiya authority bhi nahi chahti ab ki or rate increase ho black market mei or yeh financer Iss ki topi uss k sarr karte rahe(trading). Or jungle k rate aam Aadmi k pahunch se Bahar chala jaye. Koi bhi shahar tabhi basta hai jab waha Aam Aadmi rehta hai. Financer k lalach ko lagaam lagane k liye hi tukdo mei plots ki scheme la rahi hai kyunki financer rate na bada sake andhadhun.

    Sir jo government ne promise kiye the like film city metro and pod taxy etc vo isliye pure nahi kiye because of less population koi film city aise place par kyu banayega jaha sunsan ho metro mein agar log travel hi nahi karenge to khali metro kya karegi so jab tak population nahi ayegi koi business man kyu paisa lagayega isme government ki koi galti nahi say thanks to modi ji and yogi ji ki fir bhi airport to bana diya aise sunsan place mein
