    I've been using Photoshop on & off for about 9 years but in real sense probably around 6-7 years from my time in university to recently when I graduated. I've picked up on a number of shortcuts over the years from watching tutorials as well as a design/media firm I worked at & I still found that I learned the most from this video. It's a lot of shortcuts that I'll probably forget & need to refresh myself from time to time but I have this video saved in one of my playlists for future reference. Excellent stuff.

    A lot of these are really handy and had no idea existed, like swapping the lasso type mid-selection. And while I already knew this one particular shortcut, I'd say that my favorite is renaming layers with tab. It's saved me so much time on many different occasions.

    Jésus! Thank you for your time to make this awesome video. Been using PS for 10 years- and still learning, and hope to never stop! So many awesome tips here! Most helpful was to hold the wavy 'tilde' key to quickly make current brush to eraser- I struggled with that in the tool settings lol... also how to switch selection tools while actively making a selection- the handy ALT key! So awesome! Thank you so much! Love your channel! :) And yes, I too remember the same issue of 'where did the outline of my brush go and what is the plus sign!' Luckily though unlike you- I had RUclips lol.

    Your image luminosity selection is great. I haven't used that one in a long time, but you should have included the separate R, G, and B selections. Same key command but instead of 2 it's 3, 4, and 5 respectively.
    You should advise looking at the channels panel while doing this so it makes sense.
    2= RGB
    3= Red
    4= Green
    5= Blue

    Hola Jesús... gracias por tus videos. Qué pena que tanta calidad y excelencia de tu conocimiento la compartas en su mayoria en inglés. Podrias hacer este tutorial en español por favor? He intentado seguir los trucos. El tips numero 3 de tampon de clonar, no se como hacerlo. Tengo el photoshop version en español, la 25.3 Segun entendí debes presionar ALT+SHIFT+CORCHETE IZQUIERDO por ejemplo para escalar el clonado a menor tamaño. Aqui surge el problema, no se si esa combinacion aplica a Photoshop en español, porque tengo entendido que hay algunos atajos que son para la version en inglés. Si es así cuál sería para en español? Pero si es la misma, tengo dificultad. Tengo mi teclado de la laptop en ingles y localizo la tecla corchetes (ésta se encuentra al lado izquierdo de ENTER). Pero cuando quiero presionar del lado izquierdo de mi teclado, las teclas ALT+SHIFT con mi mano izquierda, ésta no alcanza para llegar y apretar simultaneamente la tecla donde está el Corchetes. Si con la izquierda pulso ALT+SHIFT y con la mano derecha pulso la tecla de los CORCHETES, no tendria como manejar el mouse. Entonces no se como se procede. Me gustó ese truco que vi y quisiera aplicarlo. Puedes ayudarme por favor?

      @PhotoshopTrainingChannel  5 месяцев назад

      Hola Ricardo, desafortunada mente so se me los atajos de teclado de otras regiones/idiomas. Por lo que entiendo, los atajos de teclado son basados en el teclado que uses. Pero no se si el idioma también lo afecta.
      En tu laptop la única manera es si con tu mano izquierda presionas todas las teclas del lado derecho del teclado y con tu mano derecha manejas el mouse. Se siente un poco raro por que tu mano izquierda esta en las teclas de lado derecho. Es un poco difícil, pero es la única manera. Mis disculpas por no poder ofrecer mas soluciones. Gracias por ver el video y tus comentarios!

    Jésus, is there a keyboard shortcut to exit from the blending mode field? After cycling through blending modes for a layer, I'll often then use a keyboard shortcut to select another tool such as brush, only to find nothing is happening as PS is still stuck in the blending modes. Is there any way to avoid this?

    Hello Jésus,
    As I'm using the english version of photoshop with a German QWERTZ Keyboard Layout . Unfortunately some shortcuts are different or are not working at all (with the german version of photoshop it´s also different):
    3. Clone Stamp Sample Scaling & Resetting Clone Source
    Scaling down: -
    Scaling up: -
    Rotating clockwise: Alt Shift >
    Rotating counter clockwise: -
    7. Erase with Active Brush (✔) Shortcut not working but Alt Shift P = Clear Mode / Alte Shift N = Normal Mode works
    36. Activate Layers (✔) via klick and ctrl , shortcuts not working
    38. Activate All Layers -
    39. Move Layer Up -
    40. Move Layer To Top -
    41. Activate Masks -
    44. Lock Transparent Pixels -
    57. Fast Font Size Change -
    Are there maybe some build in ones that I couldn´t figure out ? Or how would I set custom ones for these actions?
