      @battler544 Месяц назад +3

      @@digleman1 yes you may carry a handgun in public, as long as no part of the gun is visible, however the holster, or part thereof may be visible. If you are carrying a rifle, or shotgun in public, you must have a reason, other than self defence, and it must be in a rifle bag. You may only purchase one self defence weapon, and that is a handgun of any calibre, or a shotgun that holds a maximum of five shells, and is not semi automatic. The shotgun can only be used for home defence. You may own another handgun for hunting, and a shotgun, and a rifle, or a handgun, and two rifles, or three rifles. All guns must be licenced, which requires proficiency testing, and subsequently police involvement to get competency. It is illegal to sell your firearm.

    Great demonstration and execution.
    Very valid point of bullet deflection for outgoing / incoming rounds.
    Every scenario obviously weighs a separate response, if you floor it and drive through or engage and exit the vehicle.
    Typically you don't drive around with ballistic proof glasses, so I would add, minimize time in the vehicle, glass dust and debris will cause eye damage.
    Additionally, how does FMJ vs HP ammunition compare in such a scenario?

I would recommend you make sure there are no parking blocks telephone poles light poles parked vehicles within 100 yards of you while you learn to do this. I spent a month waiting over a class screw up at Blackhawk Advanced driving training center. Not only was I able to go through everything you could possibly do with a semi, with the time due to company confusion I had three weeks to work with the guys working with the Secret Service. You’d be surprised what I could do with a car Truck SUV semi I learned some incredible stuff! Years later the stuff I learned while taking a evasive driving with the Secret Service, I would put to use an escort work, I had three incidences over five years where I had to use these skills and firearm skills to get the girls out of the houses. Bachelor parties with nude dancers. Guys think when they’re in a group of eight that they can take on one single man, sometimes that’s a big mistake! I never lost a client, never lost a dollar worth worth of payment, but I did destroy two SUVs and approximately six other vehicles in a chase the other SUV was shot away from a private party. No one injured owner of the house. Well, he uses jellybeans for his lipstick.

    Don't ever carry a helpless person, I guess. Having a helpless or a person not willing to train in the vehicle you are committed to staying with them.

    I'm not a military man..but if an ambush is properly executed your are not getting out of that car. Chances are you will be receiving fire from all sides..your vehicle in this instance is not bullet proof. To put it simply the vehicle is a death trap especial if it is stationary

    What's the comparative effect of JHP vs. FMJ ammo on front windshields? I would think JHP might splatter as it passes through the front window. Should a separate handgun be kept loaded wth FMJ ammo for situations like this? I have no idea.

    • @graywind4326
      @graywind4326 Месяц назад +2

      Jhp work in fluid mediums. Other than that they act like fmj. Fmj have a very thin layer of copper over lead. They deform easily on hard barriers.

    Well the attackers usually attack from behind don t they? One guy with ak pulls right behind the left of the driver and no2 waits from behind and to the right to empty the second magazine in order for no1 to reload... Then open the doors empty a few more to the corpses and disappear?? Actually 99% of the times... What is the tactical approach to that?
