So if the first month doesn't have a balance..the following month will also not be having an opening balance Po??m asking coz I have been noticing more examples
thank you brother its very helpful for us i just have one question even if its pity pls answer it to me pls the QUATION IS WHAT IF THE PESONTAGE IS 30% INSTADE OF 20% how we calculate the purchase
It say 20 plus and we already have 100 so add your 20 to the 100 making 120 .If more less divides that’s why it’s 100/120 by the next month sales figure
But the 20% has been included in the sales figure already so if the sales figure is 100% then I think we should have deducted the 20% from the sales figures to get the purchases figure
I'm confused about the Percentage used for purchase, I assumed it purchases ought to have been 80% of sales. Kindly assist with further clarification. Thanks
Watching this... He is my favourite tutor.. But I think it was an error. Confused about the same. Either way get 20percent of the sales.. To get the profit after subtract it from the given figure.

if the amount of the overhead includes depreciation amount, should i subtract or continue as is?
I think you should subtract it since we don’t include non-cash items in our cash budgets and depreciation is non- cash
Substract it

ruclips.net/user/clipUgkxRVWwx4Pe2IIhCorCLLrivon4nemMEflF?si=8UFSA3QrIdH06fkf
How did you get 100/120
Well understood ✍️
Good to know
I have one practical question to show you I have problem with that
Please can you check through the percentages, i am confused
Same here.
I’m confused here too, how do you get the percentage of 120/100 for the purchase pls
It say 20 plus and we already have 100 so add your 20 to the 100 making 120 .If more less divides that’s why it’s 100/120 by the next month sales figure
But the 20% has been included in the sales figure already so if the sales figure is 100% then I think we should have deducted the 20% from the sales figures to get the purchases figure
why divide 100 by 120.
Please where from 120
I'm confused about the Percentage used for purchase, I assumed it purchases ought to have been 80% of sales. Kindly assist with further clarification. Thanks
That’s what I was also thinking I’m kind of confused too
Watching this... He is my favourite tutor.. But I think it was an error. Confused about the same.
Either way get 20percent of the sales.. To get the profit after subtract it from the given figure.
How did you get the 100/120 to calculate for the purchase
I have repeated in watching but i have failed to understand where the 120 has come from
100+the20%which makes 120
