    This worked on my stainless watch band so good! I can’t believe how easy it is to make my band look brand new!!!!

    I re-brushed the Link Bracelet (no before pictures, well there are but the scratches but I couldn’t capture them) and afterwards I let it sit for a bit in hot water with a drop of dish soap, cleaned it with a soft toothbrush and it looks like brand new (I think, never really saw a new one ;-}. It’s continuing drying but it looks so damn shiny ;-}
    Thanks again for the how-to video.

    Hi, can you use this on the graphite stainless steel? Thanks

    • @TheAppleBias
      @TheAppleBias  Год назад +2

      No. This is just for the stainless. Using it on the gold or the graphite would ruin them.

      @@TheAppleBias What can we do to improve their appearance in case they are scratched?

      I’ve always bought silver stainless case everything I hear is there isn’t anything that can be done.

    Do you have to avoid touching the screen with the cloth?i I suppose if it is safe enough for you to handle with bare hands it won’t. Damage the screen.

    • @TheAppleBias
      @TheAppleBias  2 года назад

      Yeah I try not to run stuff on it deliberately but I def have gotten it on the screen and it’s been fine.

    I just ordered this! I got a refurbished S7 Hermes watch from eBay for about $250. It came in today and it looks pretty scratched up and the shine is pretty dull on it. I hope these cloths can restore the shine of the stainless to some extent!

    • @TheAppleBias
      @TheAppleBias  7 месяцев назад +1

      Nice. I always wanted a Hermes watch for the faces. These cloths will def bring the shine back and help removed surfaces scratches and deep ones will stay. I recommend gloves and just keep at it. May have to do it a couple times to get additional scratches out.

      @@TheAppleBias yeah the Hermes faces are awesome! I love the Lucky Horse one haha. Thats good to know! I’m optimistic that these will help. I was pretty disappointed with the scratches when I opened it but hopefully this can help get it to where it needs want it to be

    • @TheAppleBias
      @TheAppleBias  6 месяцев назад +1

      @wa11pon33 I’ve been using them for years. Just bought a new pack of them this month. Probably my 3rd pack since making this video. So I’m a big fan. It’s so much better than the lotion like polish.

      @@TheAppleBias just popping in to say I got the cloths in and just finished polishing. Wow these worked great! Minus one small deeper scuff the watch came out perfect and looks basically brand new! Now I’m really happy with my Hermes purchase! Thanks for the recommendation 4 years ago lol

      @wa11pon33 that make me so happy to hear. So glad they worked so well for you too!! Enjoy that watch and the Lucky Watch-face!

    I (finally) polished my Stainless Steel
    Series 7, and even though it wasn’t super scratched (I try to take care of it, but I’m almost obsessive with the Graphite SS I have), it’s really super shiny very close to when I first opened it.
    Thank you Brian.
    Ps. I presume you can use the “cloth” more than once? I wouldn’t mind if they made it smell a little better 😂.

    • @TheAppleBias
      @TheAppleBias  2 года назад +1

      Yeah I’ve used mine a few times. Just try to get different areas. Yeah smell can be rough.

    • @TheAppleBias
      @TheAppleBias  2 года назад +1

      Now in this video I don’t think I wore gloves I do now cause it helps keep the smell off and someone told me I should be. I need to make an updated video.

      @@TheAppleBias I actually wore latex gloves when I did it. Did you ever hear anyone using this in a Graphite SS? (mine’s not scratched and no, I’m not the first one to test it :-}

    • @TheAppleBias
      @TheAppleBias  2 года назад +2

      @@AppleWatchPunk yeah this is only for the stainless. The graphite, gold and space black have coatings on them If you use this on it it will most likely ruin it.

    Hey thanks for this awesome video! I‘m planning to get a stainless Steel Apple Watch 7 after it releases. I had Graphit grey and gold color Apple watches. Do u think the Silver Version is much More prone to scratchers compared to the others? That is the only thing holding me back from getting a silver stainless steel version. Whats your recommendation? Thx!

    • @TheAppleBias
      @TheAppleBias  3 года назад +2

      It is more prone. But if you scratch the gold or graphite you are out of luck where you can polish the stainless. Which is nice. I always try to get a different watch other than stainless but always end up going back to it cause it just goes with more bands and looks so good.

      @@TheAppleBias Thanks! I feel the same! The silver stainless is just so versatile and goes with every strap. I think I'm finally getting it this year. • @TheAppleBias
      @TheAppleBias  2 года назад +1

      Yeah they are way harder to scratch than any of the other option. But once they do your out of luck. Stainless scratches easy but can be polished to remove some of the scratches.

    The reason the crown may not polish is because I believe the crown is titanium and not stainless steel due to the ECG. Don’t quote me, but I believe that’s why

    The cape cod is not for brushed stainless steel as it says on the back of the packaging and the Apple Watch link bracelet is brushed stainless steel. So, you shouldn't be using it on your links bracelet

    • @TheAppleBias
      @TheAppleBias  3 года назад

      Yeah i knew it wasn’t meant for it cause it will remove the brushed look. But just wasn’t sure if it’d help remove other scratches before rebrushing.
