When Kris left and started going solo, i thought i would hear a lot of rap music from him. But i've only heard him sing and he sounds beautiful. I can imagine the frustration he might have gone through not being able to do what he really wanted to do and being restricted from what he is really capable of
but now he mainly focuses on rap, so dont blame SM for not allowing him to do what he wanted. I think what he lacks is time. Look at Lay, SM pushes him on dancing, but now he is doing well with being a vocal and solo. apparently Kris could break the contract if he wanted, that was his choice, but EXO - his colleagues and his brothers had to try so much to cover his part. Compare him with Luhan, Luhan wanted to leave EXO but at least he tried to finish his role in order not to bother everyone. So good of him. But Kris... nah not like that

You said sth about Hangeng, okay, look at him, he still keeps in touch with others Suju member. He has trouble with SM but he still sees Suju as his brothers. What about Kris? Does he still keep in touch with EXO like the way Hangeng does? When Kris left, Chanyeol even kept an empty space for him, but sadly Kris never ever comeback. And yeah, he is now successful with the way he choose. He can do anything he wants. I just hate the way he left EXO that made them working so hard to cover for him.

Also why each member had different, roles, such as main vocalist, lead vocalist, main dancer, etc. They all do sing tho, it's just that there were too many of them to even out the song. There were adlibs that each member did have.
Personally, I prefer deeper voices like Kris just naturally has, and that's why I enjoy his slower, sadder songs. Not only do they bring up some old memories with him before he left, but it's a beautiful reminder that even though some people leave and break promises, they never give up on their passion - music. You wouldn't believe how many interviews I watched where every time Kris would say "I never felt like giving up because music is my life" or something like that and I think this song just proves how talented he is and how happy his solo career is. Sometimes, I am happy that you and the others left because that just creates more music and even though you aren't together, each of you has a style and I love them all! Good luck to you, Kris, and I hope you become even more successful in the future because this is beautiful!

Kris, Luhan, and Tao have so much potential, I'm glad they are doing their best to have their own careers. I always felt like Exo-M was never appreciated enough, be offended or not, Exo-M's voices blended so well, better than Exo-K. I love Exo-K much as well, but, I am more fascinated by Exo-M's voices. I hope SM will change their ways and treat their members better, and the staff too seems like hard work
In their hey-days, Exo-M was more popular. SM decide to blend together K and M to exposes more K members in China and it work for them but, at the cost of the Chinese line members. 😔

somehow after listening to EXO and this song, i began starting to take chinese more seriously. I am singaporean, so i am supposed to learn BOTH chinese and english. I always hated chinese because it was just SO hard for me, even though my mom is a chinese teacher. Now, i have more interests for chinese, because sometimes, without the translation, i might simply not understand some of the chinese words.

somehow after listening to EXO and this song, i began starting to take chinese more seriously. I am singaporean, so i am supposed to learn BOTH chinese and english. I always hated chinese because it was just SO hard for me, even though my mom is a chinese teacher. Now, i have more interests for chinese, because sometimes, without the translation, i might simply not understand some of the chinese words.
