It's just now that the government has decided to build good roads in the whole of Arunachal and North East as a whole.....so it'll at least take 6 years from now but after its completion it'll look stunning
but its mainly the common taxpayer paying for it, & the top 'contractors' like that guy & politicians getting their pockets filled. Don't think AP people pay much tax to the Union.
