This might sound odd but as I was listening to this I tried to focus on the throat, caress it as it were a person that I love and care about, I even told my throat comforting words like "I love you", "you're gonna make it", "you're dear to me", "you are safe" and it felt so good I started to tear up...give your throat (or any other chakra) the love and compassion that it needs and it will heal, love always heals. Peace be with you!
Did anyone else literally feel their throat vibrating during the tuning?? And at the end, after placing my hands over my eyes, I saw the most astounding sky blue!! My hands felt so so electric and powerful. I LOVE these meditations so so much. They are super powerful!!
This series is healing all the damaged parts. Had strong memory of tonsil surgery during this. When I put my palms over eyes, the blue exploded so brightly!! Thank you so much. Namaste

This was the best meditation I’ve ever had. It brought me to tears. I started this one with a pulsing headache and by the end it was gone. Every time I exhaled, I felt my throat engage naturally and during the chants, my entire body felt like it was vibrating. I will definitely be doing this one again! Namaste 🙏🏾🤍

I've had a chakra scan done by a pranic healer and was told that my throat chakra and heart chakra had low energy. I was then told that I need to open up these chakras and would be taught on how to clear, cleanse and balance these chakras. I haven't done that yet, but went searching online, and here I am. As soon as I put my hands over my eyes at the end of the throat chakra video all I could see was a deep blue that turned purple. And I had an unexplainable feeling of happiness.

Anyone had their tonsils removed from them in childhood like myself? At the time of chanting hum, my throat was dry and cracked and the sound was broken up. however as I continued it became smoother and freed up. This is so healing. Sending love to the universe and our beautiful mother earth.
For days I had a sore throat that didn’t make sense as I had no other symptoms - it would not go away with every passing day and i had to keep taking medication for it. I didn’t realise that it could be something to do with my throat chakra so I listened to this meditation and also put on the sleep throat chakra video (also on this channel) which I fell asleep to. The next day it had gone! Thank you 🙏🏻

I'm going though a kundalini awakening. This is literally amazing. My spine releases so much energy and my throat absolutely loves this meditation and the music. While meditating the energy pushes out alot of my blocks and while I'm doing so im making ridiculous noices almost like a frog or a duck quacking but in very fast pace then I would stop and start laughing. I think my souls love this chakra clearance. I also shake my body because the energy comes from the bottom of my spine all the way up and I almost see the colour blue little darker when ever there is a block. It is hard to explain in human words what this does to me but I swear by it. Never tough my throat chakra was this blocked 🚫 thank you so much ❤ I use all 7 chakra meditations that you have put on your RUclips channel I swear by them. I even see the energy that comes from you it heals me. Your my person thank you soo much. You hold so much power within your soul I feel it from your recordings ❤

This one is very powerful, I felt the vibration so strongly and saw the blue when I covered my eyes, my throat feels so clear now, and my mind relaxed and unafraid, I felt my body like a blue crystal vibrating with the tones. I will go back and do the whole series!
When I do this practice a lot of congestion comes to my throat. I do it everyday b/c there’s so much that needs 2 be cleared out. Thank u 4 this video!
