Fun fact about Jolyne. She's American living in Florida. Jotaro is only half Japanese with a White mom who was British and Italian. Jolyne's mom is also Italian American. So technically speaking Jolyne is more Italian by blood than Giorno, since he's half British, half Japanese. And Giorno is technically more Japanese than Jolyne. So a weird family tree going on but it's kinda funny that the "Italian Jojo" is less Italian than 2 other Jojos.
He is still more Italian, having lived there basically his whole life, being 1/8th Italian means nothing
I hear this a lot but but isn't Dio Brando italian? He was raised in England but his, his surname, and his fathers names are Italian. Like I'm half Italian but my family hasn't lived there since the early 1900s.
@@2ndlegend125 I always assumed DIO's family was Italian too. And it's no surprise there's all this Italian stuff going on since Araki is quite literally a spaghettaboo. The man loves Italy.
Dios father is called Dario Brando lol Dio's at least 50% italian
how do we know jolyne's mom is italian american btw? i don't remember much information about her in the manga
I think we all know what the A from Jhongalli A. means... He a thick boi.
It's A... natomy xD.
Jotaro Stayed away not just because he was busy, he was keeping dangerous stand users away from his family :(
Plus he was researching the stand arrows in the places Pol wasn't.
Dont spoilerrr we will know his reasoning soon
and he was petting adorable dolphins
@@dandelion5691 it's not a spoiler
@@dandelion5691 It was revealed in Part 5, so it isn't a spoiler.
8:26 The reason Johngalli A was sent to prison is because having that much cake is ilegal
Everywhere I go, I see this username...
At this point Johngalli A must get a license from FDA for it
I wouldn't compare Jotaro to Ging. Ging is a really bad dad who put Gon off on his Aunt because he wants to be a hunter and never looked for him. Jotaro stayed away to protect Joylene and his wife from stand users who would come after him for killing Dio. Remember, she wasn't born to inherit the "joestar curse" like Josuke and Giorno were. She only has a stand because of the arrow.
all the joestar get a stand from the arrow because dio pierce jonathan body with the arrow.
@@dandelion5691 joleyne was born after the fact, so she wasn’t affected by it
@@dandelion5691 That doesn't work the same way with Jolyne since she was born after part 3.
@@Donderu well that means all the joestar get the stand from the arrow. Not only jolyne just like the op said.
Alot of people don't actually know aunt mito forced ging to give up gon in family court trust me I am not making this up its in fan book and early manga chapters in the beginning told by her
Jotaro: I said sit.
Everyone in the spam of 5 miles: yes daddy
Stand users attract other stand users. Jotaro was not around his family because he didnt want them to get hurt
I completely forget that it’s monday every week so these reactions always hit me like a pleasant surprise, love it!
I'm pretty sure the thing that strained the relationship between Jotaro and [unnamed wife] was that time Jotaro spent four months hanging out in Japan looking for some arrow and some David Bowie looking bastard. Once they got divorced he stayed away because there's people like Jongali A who want to shoot him with a floating CGI beast for killing DIO.
Jotaro is probably also not the easiest person to live with, he's surprisingly deep but he feels like he's an open book so he often leaves unsaid things that need to be said because he assumes that everyone knows how he feels.
7:36 OH! THATS A BASEBALL.
But it’s not as round as Johngalli’s cake.
6:25 what happened is that Quarters are made out of zinc which is something that would give you really painful shits if you were to ingest. So Jolyne simply used Stone Free to crush up a quarter into zinc powder and spiked the blonde chick's drink with it
I just assumed it was because she ingested a prison Quarter (and seeing how they sneak money into the prison, god knows where that quarter has been or how dirty it is).
Fun fact Joseph is still alive in part 6 he is so old I love that guy.
Jotaro gets younger looking and more cool with each outfit the more parts come out lol.
Jotaro being in this series for more like 4 parts and aging backwards. How bizzare.
The little baseball boy's warning is one of the most important moment in stone ocean. Font forget it🤗
I don't even watch jojo's, but god, it's just so beautiful to see you both reacting, since i would like to see you both reacting to AOT. Im noticed about the actual circunstances, but still, you two are so lovely and funny. Hope you both are ok and every day going better.
Im sorry my bad english, im from Chile with a poor english base. Hugs from here!
I love they're reacting together too. ❤
"My new wife. Sephiroth sister." LMAO, that's the funniest description i've heard about thicc boy Johngalli A. 😂😂 They really went overboard with the thicness, he wasn't that fat in the manga.
The next episode is gonna be a major mindfuck since its mostly on the interrogation room.
There was that time when Ging told Razor to face Gon with all his strength if he should ever meet him.
"Alright Koichi, I know you're taking an internship at the Speedwagon Foundation in Florida, so if you ever run into my daughter I need you to attack her with all your might."
"maybe he shoots with his... nevermind"
Y'all literally make my day, thanks so much for the reactions. Been watching since ep 1 and been a fan since!
So much Cake 😋
Love y'all and nice to see Imon < 3
Love the video Imon Nation and ABI Nation stay motivated Dream big 1 mill on the way
The deadbeat dad himself has arrived... and btw jolyne is american she lives in florida for her whole life shes half japanese and half american.
She even spells her last name as Cujoh instead of Kujo, since it's less Japanese. Jolyne wants to be perceived as an American.
She's actually 1/4 japanese. Remember Jotaro's mom was American too. Technically Giorno is more Japanese than Jolyne and technically she's more Italian than him.
Jotaro is also American because of Holly and he is Japanese from his dad.
She's barely japanese. It's not even close
@@Phantom-kc9ly what are you talking about?? She is.
I loved that this arc is taking place where I live in West Palm lol. I was trying to figure out where the prison theoretically was.
I love the design of star platinum is from part 3 I love that.
Jotaro Best dad.
Welcome to Shounen anime girls, where fathers are either dead or deadbeat. And now Jotaro has joined the club of absentee fathers (and he's apparently been there for a while, considering Jolyne is 19 years old here).
not that it makes it better by alot, but at least Jotaro has a somewhat good reason to keep a distance. He attracts dangerous people and anyone close to him is prone to be in harms way.
Jojo is more seinen anime than shounen because Stone Ocean is the only part they focus on females and that made lose the shonen tittle. There shonen again when they did Jojolion.
@@negano5654 i think he meant Shounen in the modern colloquial sense (meaning over the top action) and not the literal definition. Even tho i think you are also wrong because im pretty sure shounen means "for young boys" and not "about male main characters only" even tho that is most often what it is about.
Even tho i would agree that Jojo isnt really a shounen in either case and more Seinen as you said as its more serious, bloody and abstract as the "typical" shounen, if there even is such a thing.
I was so looking forward to you twos reaction to Johngali A. cakes. I was not disappointed lol.
Your new setup looks great! The camera too!
I mean it doesn't matter what gender you are, everyone reacts the same way when they see "the _Johngallis"_
Johngalli A
Namesake: John Galliano, a British-Gibraltarian fashion designer who was the head designer of French fashion companies Givenchy, Christian Dior, and his own label John Galliano. He is currently the creative director of the Paris-based fashion house Maison Margiela.
You should watch the JoJo spin off “thus spoke kishibe rohan”
Jotaro is a good dad. His daughter just doesn't understand he's saving the world.
The thirst for Johngalli A’s big cheeks
"Does dad smoke?"
Me:always (since part 3)
Ya got to pay the troll toll
I cant wait for them to react to episode 5
"remember the one who had the cat in the bag" only jojos would have someone saying that casually 😂
Jotaro is a much better father than Ging, the problem is that he's... well, Jotaro.
He probably just told his wife to shut up and left her with a younger Jolyne, rather than bothering to explain to her that all the surviving henchmen of a vampire he killed as a teenager now want him and his family dead.
I can’t tell if this is an unpopular or popular opinion anymore but I stand by my judgement. Jotaro is a bad father, the same way Lisa Lisa is a bad mother. That doesn’t make him a bad person, and no one can deny that he cares about Jolyne, but that doesn’t negate the fact that she has some real issues because of him
I wonder though.
If Jotaro stayed would things be better or worse? Sure he's more involved in her life but she'd be forced to fight people damn near once a week, constantly moving around, potentially killing others just to survive. Its gotta put a real strain on their relationship
@@arkkon2740 tbh I think the Joestars are just screwed no matter what 😂. The enemies will come eventually
Jolyne and his wife could've ended up dead because of him if he stayed around tho.
@@BlackFighterz she ended up getting involved in dangerous stuff anyway. Like I said, it’s inevitable for their family. One way or another, something’s gonna happen
@@uhohmykokoro1616 *Spoiler*
Because the enemy was luring Jotaro into a trap by falsely imprisoning Jolyne proving his point.
Courts in Japan have extremely high conviction rates, probably because they investigate a lot and try to get confessions before going to trial, but also lacks the "innocent until proven guilty" assumption that's going on in USA.
There's plenty of cases where the defendant is guilty. Just guilty. No matter the verdict.
YES joots back!
can't wait your next reacs :D :D
Jotaro never want to left his family that's why in part 4 he treat Koichi as a son as a proxy to Jolyne
Star Platinum is back in Purple and Black
have you ever had someone call you by a name and when you turned around they said “oh sorry i thought you were someone else”?
i realized that we look like 11:19 to them and that messed me up🗿
Hey so um. Why is jongali so caked up for no reason? Like gawd damn
Man I liked this channel, but that ignorant rittenhouse comment is a deal breaker
Yeah, they cleary didn't watched the trial. Was cleary self defense.
Hi, love your reactions!
Would you consider watching the two short films
“Paths of Hate” and “The Racer”? Both have won awards for excellence!
Paths of Hate (10 minutes) is about two ww2 master pilots fighting over the mountains and how war makes both sides become inhuman.
The Racer (3 minutes) follows a young boy on his dream to become a professional racing driver.

1: Encanto.
2: Coco.
3: Moana.
4: UP.
5: Inside Out.
❤❤❤
Raymond.
I hate when people say that Jotaro is a bad dad by the way he is not jotaro is the goat I don’t care what nobody says.
Its.... like, I get his reasoning for not being with his family more but jfc like even if its motivated by genuine care to not endanger his wife and daughter (which... well his daughter still wound up endangered... admittedly 19 or so years into her existence and not sooner but it still happened? and Jotaro could've done more to prepare her for that if he had the time to act as a proper parent?) its still fucking abandoning your kid for the majority of their life. Its still like, *objectively* bad parenting. Jotaro is a badass and is genuinely compassionate, he's a good human being but good human beings can sometimes be lousy fathers. He could've at least TAUGHT her about stands in the event that she winds up targeted by DIO's remnants like she eventually wound up being. Its silly to pretend he's the ultimate scum of the earth for this but its both in-character for him to have done considering his 'awkward' approach to social interactions and also about as close to the platonic ideal of being a (redeemably) bad father as is possible. Noone's saying he's like Giorno's step-dad or Dario Brando or anything, he just failed a pretty basic responsibility of parenthood and its demonstrably left his daughter worse-off in a lotta ways.
Jotaro is a logical person who tend to see things in a big picture
but his flaws is not being much aware of emotions
This is a genuine question:
If you say "you're the ONLY one who can save yourself" does that mean I shouldn't help you even if I'm in a position to do so?
Personally, I think it's a matter of internal mindset. Some people, (many people in this generation) can develop this mindset where their situation looks helpless and will feel helpless because of it, however you can't expect people to help you out of your situation, there's too many factors as to why they might hesitate, so before seeking help, you should first try to help yourself.
The best reference I can think of was that fishing village in Avatar The Last Airbender where (without spoiling) the village relied on the help of their river spirit to fix all their problems, unaware if the spirit was real or not, and they had to discover that by relying on someone else, they forgot they could fix their problems themselves.
So to answer the question, if you feel morally obligated to help someone when you're in a position to, you should because you believe it's right to help them. However, if you find yourself in a troubling situation, try to find the solution to your problem before asking for help. Humanity is stronger than it looks after all.
I think she meant it as in, “If you’re in a bad situation, it’s better to try and find a way out yourself instead of giving up or waiting for someone else to save you”
Don't be stupid you monger
Daddy!!!🥰🤣
