Located in Brimfield, Massachusetts sits 20 fields full of antique/vintage vendors selling their wares in tents three times a year. We went to the May show, but they also have a July & September show. The May show is typically the best weather/vendor wise. We will definitely be coming back! The prices definitely vary throughout! There was a pair of antique gilt sconces for $950 for the pair and then vintage MCM sconces for $25, so there is something for every budget! And Awh thank you, it takes time but the more you practice and study images the more honed in on your style you will get! I live next to Brimfield, Massachusetts. Yes it is a wonderful antique market.we used to see dealers from the west stocking up on our really old itims, taking them to Calif and other places. I resented that harvesting of New England antiques. But today most of real old is far and hard to find. Kindness, humour is the best to sell our treasures.
It is definitely harder to find older pieces for a good price than it used to be!! So fun that you live so close to Brimfield!!
