I love this song and he nails all the high notes his voice is so calming
A beautiful voice, a dedicated service to his customers well done 👏👏
This just popped up on my you tube feed today , what a beautiful song and voice singing it!!
The influence of this music in American bluegrass is striking. It’s one thing to know bluegrass has deep roots in Ireland, but to hear it so clearly sometimes is something else.
We love bluegrass too.
I can imagine walking into that pub and being greeted with this gentleman singing this brilliant song?
The sense of community, the closeness with others can really revive one’s flagging spirits.
loooooooooooooove this, this mans voice is amazing.
he needs a record deal!
What and become another generic, soulless, auto-tuned, X Factor drone? That's exactly what's killing culture. Leave him in his natural habitat.
I just looked up Crossroads Bar and it looks like it is closed permanately. So sad, he has a beautiful voice.
That's a genuine shame to hear. I hope he's still singing somewhere.
I am a Liverpudlian we all have Irish connections my grans family were from county Claire ❤️
I think Liverpool might have been the first stop for a lot of Irish emigres. My grandmother was the youngest child in her family. Her older siblings were all born in Tuam, County Galway, she was born in Liverpool, and the whole bunch of them ended up in Canada. I imagine a lot didn't take that last step to North America and stayed in Liverpool.
