The only complaint we can think about was the buffet food was not the best but with that being said, there was plenty of other places to eat at the resort! It was so beautiful and so fun. You will enjoy it!
I’m sure if you asked, you can probably keep it if you wanted but I’m not 100% sure on that since it may be used as an access on and off of the resort as well. But when we were checking out, they asked all of us if they could help by cutting it off for us and we gladly accepted. We were ready to get that bracelet off after a week lol!! 😂😅😊

What time of the year did you go and did it rain a lot?
We went in May. It only rained twice but one was sooo brief that everyone was still outside, and the other one was lasted maybe 30 mins. ☺️

watered down drinks, pools are too warm, challenging to find cold water bottles, poor service, below average food
