@@andystoybox1723 cool! Probably as a F-16 or Mirage? I have gotten careful with the elevator on all my jets but indeed some should take that abuse for sure :D Look, this week I first flew my LiIon pack on my Mirage. Flying time 4:30, throttle time 2:40, 3,80V after landing but this LiIon can be drained at least down to 2,8V. So the pack had still around 70% of "fuel", although at the end you would have much less punch as the voltage and the current drop...
Mr Andy! Superb flying sir! I was just thinking, though. Although you expressed the weight of the battery may not be the problem, actually it still may have something to do with it. Although it does not seem like a problem while flying the plane, the plane is still carrying more weight, therefore a little extra power is needed to do similar maneuvers you would do with a lighter (like a 5000 mah) lipo battery, although may not be noticeable extra power. Usually, the more milliamps within the LiPo battery, be prepared to have more weight within your battery. Now as far as the flight time, do same test with a 4000mah 60c + lipo battery and see what happens. If you don't get similar flight times, it will definitely be close to it due to the much lighter weight. To be honest, I think between 4500 and 6500 mah are the sweet spots for planes like the one you were flying in the video.
@@iriquiosgunship thank you ! About 3 min I like to hammer on the throttle.. I thought maybe with the 10000 it would give me reasonable time limit for my flying style .. 🤷🏻♂️
Wow, she does tight turns! 👌🏼 nice flight bro!
@@ficosk8 thanks! Ooh yeah f-22 turns on point ! That is one thing I love about it , you can really yank on the elevator..

@@derjoh1986 yes sir !! You are right . I think a 6500 will be the ticket 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
@@andystoybox1723 I would for 7S2P 9000 or 10000 Molicel LiIon packs weighting around 2 pounds
10,000 wow that’s cool my guy , good flight ✈️ 🔥🔥
Good test. I have a lot of df jets and fly on 6400 hsd batteries for 3.5 minutes with about 30 percent left on my 90mm jets.
@@garyrussell7076 thanks 👍🏻 I was expecting to get 5min with these 10,000 lol 🤦🏻♂️ 6400 mah is the way to go . 👍🏻👍🏻
I run a SMC 10,300 lihv in mine. I get 9 min of heavy throttle and the jet doesn't care about the weight at all
@@DownNDirtyRc wow 9min !! No way I can do that with this battery .. your battery is way better if it can do that ..
whats the total weight for your plane?
@@IanChen-m1o let me check when I get home I will weigh it ..

(9.061 pounds) with the 10000 mah battery ..

Good job Tiger Dragon, how much for 10,000 mah battery?
Like 140.00 for 2 of them
what was the CG set to with the bigger battery? Nose heavy or tail heavy?
@@calaiscruiser I pushed the battery all the way back , it didn’t feel nose heavy at all , Cg was a little on the tail side but not much ..
Wow she sucks some current 🤣 👍🏼
@@ficosk8 yes she does !
I use two 4s 5200mah =8s and I can run 5 minutes flight time
isnt it heavy?
