I know the vast majority of that is BlackStone, but you should check out the Sasquash burger press. 1 piece, welded, no screws, wooden handle.

I've heard good things about that smasher. I've been happy with the Blackstone extra large burger smasher that I hadn't had to look around for an alternative. I'll keep this one in mind!

We're thinking of getting this same grill gazebo. How's it been so far, would you consider a different one, worth the price? Thanks in advance.

We absolutely love it. It is very sturdy and well built. It took about 5 hours to build with my brother. We've had it through the winter now, and it was perfect to still be able to go out and griddle, even during snow and rain. I also like that it is all metal, as i hung up lights with magnets. I have also used some magnet hooks to hold utensils and trays. I have a video of the build on my channel if you want to take a look.

I’m curious about this charcoal flavoring as I’ve never heard of someone wanting their food to taste like charcoal unless it’s a new thing? Is it similar to say applewood or mesquite flavored charcoal briquettes and how one uses them say in a Weber style pit?
The wife just bought me the Blackstone with the folding table. Im curious if there’s any care tips for the griddle itself that I should be aware of?

One of the main arguments about the griddle and a steak is that it is missing the flavor profile from being cooked over charcoal vs. gas. This flavor adds that same depth but is complimented by an amazing sear from the griddle.
The main piece of advice I'd give you for griddle care is to ensure you always leave a thin layer of oil after each cook. Don't over oil, or it will leave excess oil that could go rancid. There's not much to worry about, other than rust, so just be sure to keep it oiled.
