What a beautiful inspirational story to have a fake relationship for 10 years, convince the public your still together, have an open marriage, sleep with your child’s friend, sleep in separate homes and publicly humiliate your husband. But she’s a boss and get your bag queen no matter if your dishing out your families dirty laundry and humiliating them. These Hollywood couples are nothing to aspire to be, it’s clear you never know what going on behind the scenes and most end in divorce or cheating.
Cheating ? They were separated. Will Smith admitted seeing other women on Oprah Winfrey. The sons friend was a 24 year old man. When famous men date young girls. Who are they? Don't thing they went to college together. It's obviously their kids friends or friends daughters. People's lives shouldn't revolve around celebrities in the first place.

Been in that situation, and I’m taking a step back. As much as I would love to have a romantic relationship with a nice guy, I’m still somewhat traumatised by the narcissistic abuse I felt during my marriage to my narc ex husband. The lengths and liesssssss these people go to, knows no bounds.

After I left my abusive narc ex-husband I spent a few years on my own just focusing on myself and working to break my defective attraction patterns, to make sure I never ended up with another narcissist. Eventually I met and married a normal, loving man ❤ been married almost 8 years and it’s wonderful. This will happen for you as well, as long as you keep alert and keep the narcs out of your life. its been well over 20 years as a couple and married. As a Married man myself of over 20 years, my wonderful wife and I have seen and been thru highest of highs and lowest of lows of lifes situations. and TOGETHER with the guidance of GOD, We were able to get through it all, BUT theres one thing we didn't have to do,... is we did not have to still get to learn and know each other! after 20 years you should absolutely know if you want to or not want to be with your partner!! all Jada is doing is not admitting her true feelings of her relationship with will. she's so scared of being judged, she rather lie and drag will with her and that's what makes her a terrible person!! period!!!

There is no one way. People separate and come together over and over, whether the relationship formally ends or not. It happens in friendships and with family too. It is the ebb and flow of life, within relationships, and every story is so so unique. I see nothing but brave honesty and, certainly, a person who wants to be better, live better, and love better through self-reflection and responsibility. We all benefit when we do.

The one life lesson I learned from her book is: When you REALLY love someone, you don't posthumously talk about how poor they were and how they slept on a mattress on top of a piece of rug that looked like it never been vacuumed, and how when the rats started getting to close for comfort, he had to go dwell in a wealthy schoolmates home. Even though I may want everybody to know that I WAS THE ONE who knew the real deal about the person, compared to "Johnny-come-latelies" relative to the person. Very eye opening

Many relationships are complex. What happens to us in childhood (or doesn't happen to us) impacts our adulthood. In likeness, MANY of us go into marriage with little to NO good guidance on HOW we are to date, let alone be a husband or wife. To me, Jada and Will sound like two people who've given their ALL to make it. Why are people so harsh on those who've tried and tried and tried? Will's a big boy. It's okay for him to chose Jada if he wants to and vice versa. It's a shame that humans are so very judgmental. If only people knew the depths of trauma MAYBE they would understand HOW COMPLEX relationships truly can be. However, without any form of empathy or willingness to DIVE the DEPTHS of humanity, our comments reveal the true state of our hearts. My conclusion: if Jada and Will want to continue their relationship, making it ever-more beautiful and healthy, then good for them. That's a heck of a lot more than others would even dare to try!

I actually listened to the memoir on audible, and as a married woman in her 29th year, and reflecting on all my traumas going into this marriage, it’s an eye opener to say the least. Her memoir has NANY lessons that the reader can take in their lives for the better. The prompts at the end of each chapter were surprisingly helpful for me.
I don’t have to know her, I’m many ways I am her as a black woman in a almost 30 year marriage carrying losses of trauma. Taking accountability is a HUGE step in healing and understanding. I’m still reeling from her words.
For anyone that is ready to really start the healing journey in their own lives, I 10 out of 10 recommend this memoir. Great read (or listen in my experience).

Based upon the fact that they haven't lived together in several years, how do you make a relationship "more beautiful and healthy" when you don't even live together? I think they have been separated for years for a reason. They have access to the best personal and marital counselors on earth, and they still can't make it work? I was just explaining to my sister that they can pay for the best therapy that's available. They should not be in this place/mindset on relationships.
