Hey Natty Life! Do you think you could make a video listing out the dumbbell/barbell techniques that were used way back in Bronze era??
I always wonder which movements were thought to be effective back then (especially ones involving the old fashioned spherical dumbbells).
Good video! Thanks.
I’m so happy your posting content again
Kinda funny that you read a whole book for the sake of this NL 😂

Funny how things change, in the punk community you will see almost exclusively chics with some leopard print tattoos, with the exception of a few boxers and kick boxers pretty much only women's garb comes in leopard print!
I like zebra print, it's cute it looks attractive but then when you get close I might start to bite hahaha
One other thing about this - this is about the time that the first several Tarzan novels were being written. A little research shows that Tarzan was amazingly popular in those early days, with a lot of movies about him being made in the 20s and 30s, so that was likely an influence as well.
As a huge fan of the Tarzan books, I appreciate this comment.
As a kid grown up watching the black and white Tarzan films and TV shows what a time to be

I'm really enjoying your content, I'm glad I finally hit the 🛎 because I've been missing out on your recent updates but I am caught up now and I have to say you do remind me of Rudolph from Forgotten Fitness so I'm thinking you guys should do a podcast together or maybe collaborate on a video together or something. You both do fantastic work
My son's name is Namir which means strong like a leopard in Hebrew. I'm about to get some leopard print shirts and shorts.
