Jakarta is a very exciting and vibrant city, although you probably picked the worst time to go there (Ramadan and Covid restrictions mean it is very quiet and dull at the moment). From where you are staying, I suggest one day walk across to Sudirman (which as very good footpaths now) and then walk all the way up past Bundaran HI then up Thamrin and right around Monas (it is presently closed but you can walk around the outside). From there go across to Istiqlal Mosque and Taman Lapangan Banteng (a park which is currently open). Then walk back down the leafy street of Menteng to HR Rasuna Said and your AIRBNB. Another day you can walk down Sudirman in the other direction to GBK Stadium and Park. From where you are staying it is a short walk to Mega Kuningan which has some good bars and restaurants. I would not waste my time going to malls - they are all the same and nothing special. Enjoy it!

That's an interesting question, I think the rules still apply to all travelers, but that may be updated in the future to allow vaccinated people to go without testing.
