I have a hotdog place near me called *Zombie Dogz* and they have this insanely delicious dog topped with _Jalapeño cream cheese spread, diced jalapeños, strawberry jam & Panko bread crumbs_ 😋
At my birthday party several years back, we created the "Sauselote" which was a grilled sausage topped with Mac n cheese, hot sauce and elote toppings (crema, cilantro, chili powder and cotija cheese). SO GOOD.

You should try a Brazilian style hot dog, there's usually tomato sauce, corn, peas, vinaigrette, mayo, mustard, ketchup, cheese and "straw potato" (batata palha), which is crunchy shaved fried potatoes, like really thin chips. Brazil is a big country, that's the southern version I know, in Sao Paulo they have it with tomato sauce, sliced bell peppers and mashed potatoes. And I'm sure there are tons of other versions.
