Its adorable how he's amazed about the amount of money he recieves as the character Jarvis. Its funny how he doesn't understand how so many people love his character even if its just his voice. And so many people who watched Age of Ultron, cared for Jarvis throughout the movie. He needs to watch the movie with fans because he would hear a lot of aww's or fucks in the movie because of his character.
Paul Bettany has always been amazing and I was hoping they would do this with J.A.R.V.I.S. and evolve him into Vision. When everyone was speculating on who should play Vision, he was my first thought and choice. It just makes sense and they were right to choose him to carry out their... uhh... vision. :-D

It's called nystagmus, involuntary eye movement. Normally either a congenital or central nervous system disorder. Personally I like the name 'dancing eyes' and think it's entrancing!
