Hey Terry, on the US visa application it asks if you have ever been "*arrested* or convicted for a crime of moral turpitude". So if you got arrested but it was struck out or if you were arrested and given probation, should you answer yes? What is "moral turpitude" anyway?

Could we see the video of the event because Mr. Burke seems to me to be a gentleman. If he didn’t do it he’s right. By agreeing it’s an admittance of guilt so why would he admit it. The problem here is that the Burkes are so honest. Let us see the video and we can make an informed decision. Viva Cristo Rey

Burkes are the most dishonest cohort of people in Ireland. Four lifetime bans from the Christian Union. Funds misappropriation to a sibling. A credentials forger who broke the travel ban. They wilfully post misinformation on social media and Josiah Burke has paid $30,000 to Meta Facebook to promote his misinformation. A father who assaulted a female Garda.

An excellent explanation of how Sean Burke had options to walk away, with an unblemished record, from what I would describe as a very serious crime I.e. assaulting a female Garda officer. It beggars belief that a highly intelligent man would take this course of action and be so stubborn as to choose imprisonment. The Burke family appears to be looking for martyrdom. This nonsense that they claim Enoch is in prison because he won’t address a child as “they” is unbelievable. Now they will claim, no doubt, that his father is in prison for the same reason. The reason they are in prison is they have broken the law. Judges are actually doing their level best to oblige and facilitate this family as best the law will permit. The Burkes are not having it. They are awkward, stubborn and obstinate. They have their own agenda.

But his next ruction may cause him true difficulty.
