Top level with this game seems almost unobtainable. I'm having trouble with the damn trial combos in the game lol.
All a matter of getting used to your controller and practicing your characters over and over

Although one thing why are all squiglys rocking unoptimized combos, it's not hard👍🏽....just making more work for yourselves

The red health that can regen back gets lost when a character gets snapped in, the 2nd character in the back had 95% red health, would have been a giant mistake to not snap them in and make them lose that health rather than continuing to combo the point character and letting them regain it

Hey, I've never played a side by side fighter like this game (only ever touched smash), but from my perspective, it seems really unfun to just get comboed over and over again from all characters alive -> everyone dead. I'm really curious where the counterplay is in these? It just doesn't seem like there is a lot of back and forth, and games seem really one-sided.
Soo, when you get heavily comboed there's a system that allows you to break the combo if they reapeated moves or you have your gauge full. If you break the combo your opponent gets flung off if he is too close but if you break the combo and your opponent reads it he can punish that. And also if you are blocking attacks you can push them away. I can't explain all of it well myself but the tutorial of the game does a pretty good job. It's really fun to do. (Also mix ups are essential it looks like most of the players don't block the overheads and thus they get comboed again.)

Also they are resetting to lose the damage drop off so there are ways to fight back but these players know these things and learn to mix things up or bait a burst to go back into a combo
