@@realburglazofficial2613 that's not accurate during the height of the empire. This isn’t all about damage and HP of the single soldier. The most important part especially in range battles is that your team outnumber the enemy in every small part of the battle. Like when you can move a big line in front of a small corridor. When the enemies are forced to enter in small numbers the corridor and get shot faster than their allies enter it, you have always more firepower and your soldiers are taking hits for each other. To put in a nutshell: based on luck the two sides used the small corridors and bigger areas to outnumber the enemy on a smaller scale, so they can focus on the few unlucky enemies, who ran into them without being able to deal much damage. It is similar like when you let range units fight close combat units: let the close combat run all together and they will reach the range units. If you force them to form a long line, the first half will get slaughtered before the first one of the second half will become the next target. I think it is also true that the army with more HP+AP/Unit will win. For example the one side is 2x as strong but has 1/2 units, they would probably still dominate because they are basically 2 Soldiers in one. If one of two weak soldiers get shot, the firepower gets cut in half. If a strong soldier with the 2x power get as much damage as it needs to kill a weaker soldier, he still deals as much damage as 2 Soldiers.

There’s actually two armies in the Galactic Empire used the ubiquitous storm trooper corps and the lesser known but much much larger and inferior imperial army trooper corps. You see them as examples like the imperial officer in the recent Star Wars battlefront two game that’s about as much armor that an imperial trooper got a chest piece some gauntlets a helmet and that was the basic kit for a standard imperial trooper they weren’t like the elite storm trooper corps but they had much more of them.
There is a lot of fun poked at how bad Stormtroopers' aim was, yet were they? Or did they miss on purpose, after all, Obi-Wan states that only Imperial Storm Troopers are so precise when pointing out the blast markers on the Jawa transport. And they could have purposefully missed to allow Luke, Han and Leia to escape (after all, its acknowledged it was part of the plan).
Finally someone who has worked out the truth. Stormtroopers could aim, one must only analyze the boarding of the Tontine IV where the rebels have cover and a choke point yet are still easily defeated while the Stormtroopers suffer 2 or 3 casualties.

StormTroopers are always seen running around in the open and have terrible aim, The Clone Troopers are unionized and accurate. Death troopers weapons are one of the most powerful blaster weapon whilst Commados have the most lethal melee attack
In lore it would make sense why an army Of commandos would lose against an army of death troopers as it has been shown that while yes commandos are more well trained they are not suited to large scale battles and have been shown to die quicker than normal clones in such conditions
Little known facts. Stormtroopers are actually elite troops of the Empire. The infantry army troopers are the enlisted troops (those we see in Solo on that super muddy planet are Imperial Army Troopers and not Stormtroopers.
Disagree on Storm Trooper viewpoint. Obi Wan literally says that storm troopers are precise when he and Luke are cleaning up the Jawa bodies. Additionally, they stomped the rebels in episode 4. They were only bad when the plot needed them to be.
I want to see a battle where one character is given god like levels of power and goes up against an army of 10-100k powerful soldiers. I’m talking the most powerful units up against a single person with the highest attributes possible. Able to just punch and blow up everything in his path.
Should have done a balanced team for each for the last test (a mix of the different units) so that way they apply more strategy. I wonder how that would have gone? Would the snipers stayed back to cover the advancement of the heavy troops while the mid range run down the middle? XD lol
2:25 you do know storm troopers are the elite troops of the empire right? they have normal solgers its jsut we see inportant stuff and i fsomethings inportant there probelly storm troopers
Clones vs Storms: Bred for Battle vs Merely Trained. Clones have the clear advantage because they come from Jango Fett (Mandalorian by birth, warrior by culture, professional killer by trade) and are trained from the get-go as career soldiers. Stormtroopers, generally, come mixed with the lack of discipline, training, and experience, as a result of living in the civilian world. Since both typically engage in frontal assault tactics, I can’t see a way where Stormtroopers would consistently win on an even battlefield. Their deficiencies clearly led to their demise as the Clones outclassed them and consistently stayed around 4x ahead of them from start to finish. DTs vs CCs: Glass Cannons vs Tanks. If the DTs would have managed to outflank the CCs, their higher damage output may have been more effective and could have shortened the fight with the DTs taking the W. In a pitched battle, higher HP has the advantage (which ended up being case from 11:42 to the end of the battle). 501st vs Scouts: Long Range vs CQC. If the 501st would have managed to outflank the Scouts, rush them, and get up close and personal, their higher HP and faster rate of fire may have taken advantage of the Scouts' lighter armor and lower rate of fire, resulting in a 501st W. However, in a pitched battle, having the ability to one-shot enemies from long range (plus, a slight mobility advantage) makes a difference as the belligerents dwindle (which ended up being the case from 19:27 to the end of the battle).
I mean their clones, we know who this would go to.They are creatures of war fighting outnumbered on every battlefield against machines made to kill. I love clone wars but it didnt quite show just how badass these guys were.
Hey look, it's the First Battle Of Geonosis all over again: Clone Commandos being used as regular leg infantry instead of as special operations troops.
Clone troopers were elite, yet limited in number, took a long time to breed, raise, train. The empire uses "stormtroopers" which were essentially a little more then conscripts and volunteers. They needed a instant huge policing force for their vast new empire which would creat a power vacuum across the galaxy. thus Stormtroopers, which could be anyone from a farmer, to ex-bounty hunter, were vast in numbers yet incredibly less skilled. It explains a lot from the SW cannon lore and you see some of it in the films (hence they are just errible) in comparison to clone troopers which can go head on against any army in the galaxy at the time and win.
God I hate all the misinformation about stormtroopers. Did you watch episode 4? Ben tells you they're elite soldiers. The stormtrooper corps according to the EU were the elite, best of the best, of the Imperial Army Troopers. Stormtroopers were NOT rank and file, were NOT conscripts, were NOT JUST volunteers. They needed an instant policing force, but they were phasing out the clones and integrating the Imperial Army Troopers (which there are 1000s of times as many as stormtroopers, literally trillions)

Also the 501st should have won they are my favorite star wars unit of all time.
@@lilphatdog1085 that was irrelevant
When you realize that there only were 10000 republic commandos bred...
Oh shit
Little known facts. Stormtroopers are actually elite troops of the Empire. The infantry army troopers are the enlisted troops (those we see in Solo on that super muddy planet are Imperial Army Troopers and not Stormtroopers.
The only battle ever where no one gets shot
Three battles, 2 loss and 1 win for my guys lol
Hail the scouts!
Disagree on Storm Trooper viewpoint. Obi Wan literally says that storm troopers are precise when he and Luke are cleaning up the Jawa bodies. Additionally, they stomped the rebels in episode 4. They were only bad when the plot needed them to be.
I guess clones would be better than them, but stormtroopers are still better than people give them credit for.
Cybermen Vs The Daleks would be a cool one.
I dont even play this game or any star wars for that matter but i love these videos!
I want to see a battle where one character is given god like levels of power and goes up against an army of 10-100k powerful soldiers. I’m talking the most powerful units up against a single person with the highest attributes possible. Able to just punch and blow up everything in his path.
14:06 What are those sped up Republic Comando lines?!? 🤣
You should do, best 2 out of 3 with each match up, changing sides each time. How the choke-points are created may change the results of the battles.
"Officially, there was no clone rebellion on Kamino."
It's actually surprising even a single trooper died in the video. 😆 🤣
You should do the Grand Army Of The Republic vs. Empire on the D-Day map and have 2 fights, one team attacks, the other defends and switch.
At least the clone troopers can hit what they're aiming at, LOL.
Now do a fourth one with the remnants of all three battles combined fighting for their respective sides.
The E-11D Blasters of the Death Troopers are the coolest weapons in Star Wars, period!
Love your vids, been watching for a while keep it up man you’re a great guy !!!
Should have done a balanced team for each for the last test (a mix of the different units) so that way they apply more strategy. I wonder how that would have gone? Would the snipers stayed back to cover the advancement of the heavy troops while the mid range run down the middle? XD lol
This seems like a sound military tactic for both sides haha
A battle of the ages
i knew going into this that the clones would win because unlike stormtroopers they can actually hit their targets
I want a birds-eye view! or a time-lapse!
finally a video thats not totally ridiculous and one sided
2:25 you do know storm troopers are the elite troops of the empire right? they have normal solgers its jsut we see inportant stuff and i fsomethings inportant there probelly storm troopers
6:21 When even the high ground is not enough.
The 501st clone troopers were outnumbered by 4 scout troopers, I wonder if it would've made a difference if the 501st had 4 more troopers
Storm Troopers can't hit the broadside of a barn if they are standing right next to it. LOL
Stormtrooper: at lesst we killed more than 2500, a 1/4 of the whole enemy
Clone trooper: not enough to match us
The clones should win no doubt, a lifetime of training vs months of training
Pity you can't make Yodas...Pikachu sized laser knights...that would be nuts.
Hey look, it's the First Battle Of Geonosis all over again: Clone Commandos being used as regular leg infantry instead of as special operations troops.
I watch your vids on 2x speed.....it's hilarious 😂
He said doggo AND Star Wars instant sub
1k in a day good job daley
Can finally settle the clones beef with enlisted storm troopers
Magnificent, aren’t they
cant wait to hear that mission diary entry from the 501st
Hey guys I just want to know what you think about the book of boba fett movie for me I loved how they show what happened to boba fett did he survive the monster who swollen him on tatooine and I love how they put a lot of effort into the characters perfect and I Can't wait for the future
I like your video daily I am a star wars fan for since clone wars came
Clones can shoot better than the storm troopers lol
Yes Its big true
Ti's the plot armour
@@brotherhoodofsteelsoldier1356 but also clones training
I’ll take 10 Phase 1 Arc troopers over 10k storm troopers any day
Then you are easily losing the battle
