40% or 30% basic salary nikalna ye pura company par depend hota hai, aisa koi kanon nhi hai ki aapko 40% hi lena hai, companies basic isliye kam dikhati hai ki employees ki in hand salary bad jaye. Totally company par depends hai ki wo kya ration lena chahte hai
Sir agar sach batau aap ko toh me 70% samaj gya hu. per 100 % ke liye aap ko income tax form (ITR-1) . Me breakup kar ke batana padega ki saare allowance ka benifit kaha kaha milta hai.or kese? Ager allowance nhi deti company toh employee ko kya nuksaan hoga.
