Salt Pepper Sugar STEAK ?

Dry the steak with paper towel and start to rub the salt, pepper and sugar.
Cook the steak 4-5 minutes for medium.
Flip every 30-60 seconds.
Let it rest for 5 minutes and slice & enjoy!
