There aren't many people I really miss when they quit a sport.... but Mat is one of those who isn't just a Crossfitter, he is Crossfit. I still watch the old competitions....

I regret missing the volunteer workout with Matt because he has always been part of the beginning of our CrossFit journey for myself and a lot of us . I was blessed with being able to be a part of a great team of people that worked hard to help out the floor mates out and work on the equipment team . I was so tired at the end of the day working I wanted to get home and rest to be ready to help
The following day but part of me wishes I was able to go to the workout no matter how tired and shake his hand and say thank you 🙏🏼. So I’ll say it here thank you Matt and HWPO. Madd awesome respect ✊🏽
