Either you can go to any agent or you can mail the university and do it by yourself (search university of east Sarajevo you will find their website and then go to the faculty of medicine and you can find all the information you need over there)

Yes, this is a government university. It's more than 30 years old but their English program started just 3 years before. There are no passouts yet .
