Hi. I have a suggestion for the ice. Instead of putting a bucket of ice cubes in the fridge. U could make a bunch of ice and put it in the ice maker that way you have room in your freezer. Just dump the bucket of ice into the ice machine. That might work

I actually have that same fridge but the “Gallery” version and I love it because it has two ice makers. Where you put your bowl in the freezer is another ice maker. Makes tons of ice!Love your videos! Happy thanksgiving!

I was so excited when we bought our house because the refrigerator was so shiny any pretty, and I had never had fancy stainless steel before lol. It had the pull out freezer on bottom like that. We got rid of it within 6 months we hated it so much.

Also one of your last videos motivated me to meal prep and make mini muffins! The kids loved them. We also made energy balls with oatmeal, honey, peanut butter, choc chips and flaxseed! Plus I started storing the strawberries in the mason jar and its so nice because now we eat more, they are already washed, cut up and its easy to just dump out what you want!

I have the same style refrigerator but from Frigidaire and I love it. But it has two ice makers which is a game changer. Perfect for filling up coolers in the summer lol. Also have to say I love watching your videos. I want to make mini muffins for my son weekly now.

Our friends parents have a built in ice maker in there cabinets. It’s about the size of a mini fridge but out of the way.
They have several parties and have never ran out of ice, with upwards of 20 people there.
I dice onions the same way. On the bell peppers I cut down all around the outside while it's standing. It leaves the seeds in tact with the stem. Much easier cleanup.
And I'm so glad you mentioned that about the bottom freezer. I don't want to go blindly into such a big purchase.

Have you tried dumping your ice from your trays into the icemaker dispenser tray? I used to have a slow icemaker as well, and it would dispense the homemade ice for me. Just an idea, if it works it will open up the 'bowl space' in your freezer! Happy Wednesday and thanks for the motivation! ;)

We have that same fridge and buy ice sometimes and put it the ice maker and it comes out just fine! So instead of the bowl just pour it right in the ice maker 😁
I usually buy bags of ice and keep in my other freezer so we never run out !
Cannot wait for all the vids! About the freezer… I think it just depends on what size fridge. We have the fridge on right and freezer on left and I would much rather have the freezer at the bottom 😂 but let’s be honest, I think either wouldn’t be a problem if we had the gigantic appliances haha

I got my family thermo flasks at Costco and we drink ice water in them all day long out of the fridge and the ice lasts sooo much longer we fill water two to three times before we need new ice. Maybe a helpful idea for the kiddos I hate the drawer freezer too. ;) love your videos

We had the same problem with our ice maker not making enough ice until one of our friends told us we needed to change the filter inside the refrigerator. Never new you were supposed to do that. May want to give it a try. ❤️❤️
Yeah we change the filter regularly but it just makes a very small amount of ice at a time so it can’t keep up with the 5 of us drinking ice water all day long 🥴

We have almost the same fridge, I have the same ice maker too and it’s not broken but it keeps freezing over so I gave up :)…. Lol.
I don’t really use ice I’m not crazy bout it. But do put some in my cold coffee sometimes. So yeah… I probably need to break out my ice molds and keep some frozen…
Put a wet rag under your cutting board it stops it from moving around while your cutting.
We can change our ice maker to make cubed, crushed or chunks. Do you maybe have an option to change it? Just thought I would mention it. Lol
Our whirlpool fridge is only six months old and it constantly gets stuck because it makes too much ice. So the opposite problem. Its annoying because it freezes and then you have to hit till the ice cubes break off and then it will start dispensing. But half time im not strong enough lol so i dont get ice lol

Has it always made hardly any ice? I had the same problem with mine, and my husband took it apart and we cleaned it really well and it worked great again, but you do have 3 extra people in your family using ice then I do, but maybe give it a try..Unless its been happening since you got the fridge then you just need another ice maker girl! :) check them out on amazon.

We just keep our weekly grab items in our kitchen freezer the rest is in a deep freeze in the house, I love your fridge but I wouldn’t want to deal with the ice/room temp water.
