Adding to game being difficult to play for new players, New players get punished instead of getting rewarded for playing the game if they are lower than level 65. Weapons get weaker everytime they level up and the only way they can consistently do good in matches is either spending money or stick to low rarity weapons for their cheap upgrade prices.
Not necessarily, I played on a new account, you just need to get used to the game mechanics, before level 20, everyone uses weak weapons and another tip is to master a map, currently I mastered candy land and Arabia
The main issue is that the game is not newbie friendly. After a couple bot matches, you get thrown in against nostalgic players, sweats who made a new account, and others. Like if you're dying in under 10 seconds after spawning by 5 cross map snipes, you'd lose interest and call it quits. Then you have issues where Pixel Gun Devs make mini games that have nothing to do with the actual game. You get players split across far too many gamemodes and mini games that it just cannot be sustainable. Clans is also extremely boring and grindy. Another issue is simply the amount of weapons. Pixel Gun left balance out the window and with each new season comes at least one new overpowered weapon. this gets into some weapons that simply should've never been in the game: grapplers and dashes. Players also should not be able to move cross map in a couple seconds so easily. Like some players move so fast consistently throughout a match that it's unable to tell whether they're using a certain armor piece+100 movement speed weapon+whatever. Modules are the main pay to win aspect, not the guns. You can get viable guns as free to play easily but level 10 mods are crazy compared to like a level 5. Leveling system is absolute dogwater as well. Also, cross play was the worse addition ever. You cannot deal with players that have full control of their movement, swapping, scoping, aiming, and gadgets simultaneously. Mobile limited this but pc just easily does everything without any problems.

I remember doing those unlimited gems and coins methods when the game took a sharp turn into the p2w route. During this time, guns that used to cost coins (which you can easily get from half an hour of playing) now costed gems. And they did that for a large number of weapons, even ones that weren't any good They seem to have reverted those changes over time, but i knew that was the time to start jumping ship and find something else

As a Top clan leader of this game that retired a year ago after 9-10 yrs of playing pg3d i can easily say that the main issue of this game is repetitiveness, developers doing everything by their own and not listening their community.. Right now if the developers wants to save their game they have to do a lot of things and do not big changes but they have to do HUGE changes. They have to bring back the old core and meaning of this game and for what the people actually loved about this game. They have to do original things not things copied from other games. They also have to focus on balancing all weapons and especially better if they remove modules because that's the biggest main issue of this game like you mentioned before. And they also have to bring back Clans 2.0 or making a better clan system because 3.0 it's a complete disaster and i am a top clan leader so i know very well what i am saying about clans.. The developers literally choosed to kill the competitivness for less active players and limiting the grinders and that was a shame. Right now i think it can maybe be too late for saving this game completely but if they work a lot they can at least make it alive.. Not like it was in their prime but at least like they were around 2018-2020 and that would be really good for them because this game is really old and i don't think anybody that played this game for so long would be happy to see this game getting shutdown because of being dead. (For who is curious i was Bad Boys & Syndicate clan leader.)
I got back into the game when steam released. I didn't really know the new clan system, but after learning it and having a clan leader tell me I have to be up at 3 am for clan war start and grind to a certain amount of valor even though I have a job and school to worry about. I grinded enough to get the crystal clan weapons and then left the clan and haven't been on pixel gun since. Its been like almost 4 months now lol

Something not well known is that new accounts that get to level 6 within 3 days and buy the advanced arsenal set will get offers for magic X mods (minus the coins needed) individually for 19.99 which is just mindblowing. 3 years worth of straight clan grinding for a single X mod currently is reduced to about 2 hours of minimum wage work in today's society. And I still don't have all full X mods despite being a top clan grinder.
There was a competitor to Pixel Gun, Pixel Strike. It’s also on steam. It’s also on its deathbed. I highly recommended anyone who’s interested, go give the game a try, it’s free. It’s dying, and probably won’t last much longer, but it’s honestly remarkable how different of a path it went down when it was originally a carbon copy of pixel gun. It’s not P2W, you can unlock almost every weapon without spending a dime or any in-game currency, it has a reasonable amount of weapons & attachments for them, it’s somewhat balanced, it plays more like a CoD game than whatever kind of weapon-swapping mess Pixel Gun has become…. Give it a try before it’s too late, the game will be dead soon, it’s an opportunity to see the path Pixel Gun could’ve headed down in another life.
8:05 As someone who’s been playing since INCREDIBLY late 2013 or INCREDIBLY early 2014 and stopped playing competitively in 2019, I kiinda disagree with this. There IS a reason (hell, a lot of them) to the downfall of PG3D but I wouldn’t call the introduction of gems one of them tbh. It was completely possible to have a great loadout without paying a dime for the game, though something I will admit I abused a lot in order to get as much gems as I did was getting a drill in my lobby, watching ads whenever available, and most of my gem revenue was generated from the lotteries, since the game has a tendency to rather give you like 10-150 gems before getting you a good weapon. It did require a lot of your time though which I had since I was only 11 but, it was honestly a much quicker process if you consider getting gems from lotteries as a win. (Thank God I never formed a gambling addiction bru since wnything but parts were a win for me 😭) Edit: Ok but the introduction of modules are EXACTLY what started making the game more overcomplicated than it ever needed to be, causing balance problems that didn’t need to exist either. Also for my final edit to add onto this, 9:48 I completely agree with as well. I don’t know why they’re trying to make a more “unique” identity for themselves when there was already difference in avatars in the first place, especially since most of these new styles are clearly riding off of other popular trends, it’s over saturated.

Everyone misses the peak of this game honestly that’s not coming back as a huge fan of clans 2.0 that’s why I played I got hyped for big clans such as wf, ba, obey, virus, etc. but now the competition isn’t as interesting all I play against is bots. Ya we miss the game in its peak era we might just miss the memories/what was going on at the time I believe the only thing that will safe the game is listening to the community and slow down on the content feels like there’s 10 different events happening all at the same time and only have time to complete 1 of we’re lucky. When the game officially shuts down I’ll be sad but that grave was dug a few years ago after everyone stopped caring modded/hackers everywhere or even before that so ig just enjoy it while it lasts Duck if ur reading this I miss ur old videos if it’s private it will make lots of people happy and even nostalgic to see them again. Still didn't see people bring up the most important problem. Having weapon efficiency be based on your level is the worst blunder of all, that means you have to upgrade a single weapon 60+ times with every single level costing you a lifetime of gold/gems for free to play players, added with the little amount of legendary/mythical weapons you can get to even slightly hold your own against grinders. It is literally impossible max out in your lifetime.

i started playing this game in late 2014 and have stuck with it up until this year, this game just isnt worth my time anymore. I witnessed everything, from the addition of clans, addition of point capture, campaign world 3 and the rise of storm hammer, that one period where frost beam spell could one shot anything, discovery of the guns in sandbox glitch, the rise and fall of pixel gun world, the first ever set of mythical weapons, the removal of smart bullet bazooka and other weapons with the homing attribute, the release of campaign world 4, my first account getting deleted randomly, clans 3.0, and the 10th anniversary
Same here, mate. Been there since times when Prototype, Head hunter and Bazooka (and canons) were the strongest weapons. When success didn't rely on shady deals with greedy developers, but on a man's back, on his will and his skill.
I remembered a few years ago I tried to play PG3D after not playing for years. Went in to my first match on the at at walker map, and the first thing that happened was I got one shot by the homing Mario bullet. Decided it's not worth to play anymore after that.
It'll be good if they revert the game state to those years where that dubstep like song was the main always you enter the game, and not that boring "heroic" theme

As A Clan leader Of Hepi (Hepi that was a meme of pg3d) Clans was better back then, 1.0 and 2.0, but 3.0 is garbage, literally completely destroyed Clans, sure 2.0 may have had a bit of issues but not compared to 3.0 But I feel like to revive clans, devs need to to this update of clans (a big one, not small one) 1: 2 new divisions (wouldnt be fair if it’s only 1, it’s been years,) 2: update on black market and the 2 other sections, and giving it good rewards, like 50 keys-75keys, and some weapon parts that you weren’t able to finished collecting the weapons from lottery (like 40-50 parts) module parts, 150-200, bring back gems to black market (around 100 gems at least the max) (and if you check black market for full week, you get a random reward but a good one) 3:bring back old clan war map, and add a new thing were if you as a clan member have the most valor, u will get a free winner chest, only to Top 1 most valor clan member, and top 2-3 will get 100 gems, and also with zones, make them better and not a zone that takes so long to complete 4: new fort stuff like turrets and mines 5: new decorations stuff for your fort so everyone can style their fort in their own way, (no I don’t mean new terrain and gate and fence and base, I mean more new stuff to decorate) 6: improved clan shop with good deals 7: this can be optional, but I was thinking putting into the clan update where in leaderboard there’s weekly clan events, of ultimate clan showdown, we’re you can choose if you want to participate, if you choose, you will be given a message if you’re sure you want to participate, if you participate, you will be put into a specific map where you can 1v1 the clan as cvc, you will be matched with the clan based on clan rank, who ever has the most kills in the team wins, every win will give you 10 Clan trophy 🏆 , in the event it will be a specific leaderboard for that event, the clan that the most clan trophies of doing cvc, the whole clan gets a reward, Top 1 to top 100 will still get a reward, just the higher you are, the higher the reward (This just an idea of maybe reviving cvc and improving it to make it worth something doing)

I remember during the ptw apocalypse, my only advantage was to be rooftop sniper for my team. The only disadvantage was once I defeated them, the killcam would give up my location. To deal with this, I deliberately skipped upgrading my weapon in order to “soften up” the enemy for my team.
Yes I do agree PG3D is OG2win, P2W, & Hack2win at the same time. They need to give mobile players faster FPS option just like the PC players. My phone is 120 FPS but PG3D still only has 60 FPS. They should also allow mobile players to move the category buttons individually for a better advantage.

Ever since that point the game became less of what it used to be and more of an open your wallet simulator funded by shitty events and increasingly overpowered and less fun to fight weapons. Used to be a great game but I can't even get myself to play it for more than 10 minutes because I haven't played in so long idk what the fuck anything is 💀
I think the game would benefit from more cooperative PVE modes. Even playing team deathmatch while in a squad pits you against your friends most of the time, it's just not fun constantly fighting players imo.
@@Retrok. server names like no armor servers were core in the "comp" setting. since pg3d discords werent exactly too popular, from that point the people who enjoyed those kinds of servers died. With that plus the pay2function simulator its turned into, led everyone to leave it like I did. The private lobbies were really what started pg's decline. The people who played pool party, scammed in duels and wrecked havoc on small maps like ice palace or whatever its called, were the main buyers funding the game. After pg was bought, it became less of how to engage players and more of how to get them to feel like they need to buy to play.
Damn, i still have the game on my phone i progressed so much that i refused to desinstall it, so it now sits there mostly as a memory of how much fun i had. Like i don't remeber exactly when but i remeber that way before the first removal of the tracking waepons because i remeber hating them and at the same time playing with the rocket bill launcher (can't remeber the name). I have like hundreds of mythcial weapons ... damn i fell sad that i can't play the game without feeling that something is missing like the spark that this game had just... vanished.
My only style of playing this game is 3 cat spam, it's one of the only ways to stay relevant other than just 1 cat spamming an op weapon which is equally as annoying, and now I stopped playing this game because I'm tired of sweating the game all the time just to have some fun for a bit, it's not worth it, if the devs remove 3 cat spamming and balance the weapons they'd honestly do everyone a favor including me
Here’s my valid reasons for hating pixel gun 1. Majority of old weapons were vaulted or put behind a paywall via buying rolls for a wheel, packs, crafting, or events which has caused the options for buying weapons extremely limited. 2. Weapon upgrading is basically pointless now depending on which weapon you’re using but without actually seeing how your weapon progresses with the damage increase on a similar point. 3. Removal of adamant, champion and gold weapons these were the most rewarding weapons to get so far basically a juiced up version of your gun but are now behind a paywall. 4. Old weapons being neglected, honestly this one hurt with the amount of broken weapons in the game it’s pointless now getting your favorite weapons such as automatic peacemaker, crystal laser cannon, fast death, exterminator, dual machine guns, prototype, anti-hero rifle, and ghost lantern have been nerfed so badly that barely anybody uses them now.
The short awnser is: Just let it die. Really thats the best thing to to now, you can simply not remove a bunch of OP content/balance it out without anyone getting mad because they basically whasted their life savings on this game. I want every OG to remember this szenario: You were sitting on a good spot on a now removed map, sniping away with your sniper. Then you get a punch from an enemy using the Prototype. Now you made it your mission to farm for it, do singleplayer and whatnot just to have that awesome gun by yourself. Now that you lost your old acc for whatever good reason this game can come up with you farmed back up, got even all cool weapons from singleplayer to help you with and farmed back the prototype and then: Singleplayer weapons are gone from Multiplayer, the Prototype can't kill anything anymore unless it's a new player. The map you wanted to play is gone because flying beans create planets, I think, and for no good reasons. And when you leave spawn you get onetapped by some random sniper. Through a wall, shortly after spawning. Your whole team too. The weird terrible storymode is the best the game has to offer, its bad but in a fun way. Anything else? No. It's propably for the best to just let the game die out
Dude what’s crazy is I played this as a kid I remember it having good progression system and was decent fun this was before I had access to Xbox live 💀 but now as a adult I recently checked it out again on my pc and my jaw dropped when I saw just how had the micro transactions system is 😭
In my opinion it has to be the gameplay that has drifted away from the slower-paced, strategic style that us OG players enjoyed but now the sweaty 3 cat spammers are favoring a faster, hyper-competitive approach that might is overwhelming for casuals players. The lack of balance in weapons where certain weapons are one-shot kill machines which also makes the game frustrating, as it turns matches into a series of respawns rather than fun, skill-based battles. Also the weapon designs and gameplay mechanics that have become increasingly unrealistic and confusing. The quirky, unique weapons that originally attracted us players now feel cluttered, and some of the newer weapon designs are more about flashiness than practicality, making the game feel less coherent. PG3d could benefit from rebalancing its gameplay, dialing back on pay-to-win elements, and focusing on what made it fun for its OG community and recapture that balanced, skill-driven charm, it might see a resurgence. And MAYBE live to see another day

I quit when sky garden was added. I was max level at the time with almost every weapon unlocked. (The wizard staff was basically the only one I hadn't unlocked and upgraded.)
idk if many ppls remember but, along with the gems, they also made ammo limited and fixed to categories, meaning if you'd shoot everything you could'nt shoot anymore this match OR any other ones, for as mong as you didn't buy ammo or got the sparce ones that spanwed on the map since the capacity wasn't reset each match
Honestly what I think most people don't acknowledge is that Catspam is one of the reasons the game is dying and I say that as a Catspammer because it just makes all weapons which cannot be used for catspam dogshit and thats why theres a shitton of garbage weapons. And every time the devs try to reverse the change they face a ton of backlash so theyre forced to back down.

I don't think you understand what they meant when they dislike EXPLOITERS cheating in weapons. It's quite literally the same concept as a cheater using aimbot and the enemy player reporting them for it. It's obvious that no one wants to spend thousands of dollars or hours just to stand a chance in a game. But at the same times, there are already players who HAVE spend thousands of dollars or hours. And for them to just see some random player pop up with weapons stronger than anything they have or seen despite spending so much on the game. It's obvious anyone could be quite annoyed at it. It's a lose lose situation for both new players and old players. How you gonna d ride new players who cheat, versus the same players who are part of your generation grandpa. Your logic is dumb asf, it's like saying spawning in a rapid fire rocket launcher in Warzone is okay because who even wants the time to get that weapon? Regardless, game is mid anyways and dying.
Attachments ruined the game and made it over complicated 2013-2017 was the best era of the game once they added to much weapons and updates to e game got worse keeping the game basic or somewhat basic with updates that didn’t completely ruin the game would keep it alive

Honestly I haven’t seen any hackers in 2021 to today, but in the past yes. Again this game is dead and couldn’t be revived, unless they make a huge comeback

Update 2.0.24.A > Instead of fixing this the support team will accuse you of cheating in coins in any means / manner, not elaborate, and stand their ground instead of fixing the glitch. The support teams view of you? You mean nothing to them. They're rude, and robotic, and don't care that they are. If you're playing an single player game mode, and not making them money? They'll find any reason to throw the book at you: even if that book is blank.
When it first came out on Steam, way back in April, I got a modded account that lasted over a month. I used X mods with only the tactical knife and I was able to solo every single mobile player using 3 cat or other spam weapons.. only knife spamming. That shows the power of using a keyboard and mouse.
The amount of weapons we get every season, or day, and skins, and just offers on the shop are sometimes worth it (other then shops, and skins) but when it comes to people like me, at one point while playing the game, you will either rage or quit from getting nothing out of doing so much after hours of playing the game. Its not worth it anymore, but this season has been pretty good/ giving us a change to get better weapons that would probably become dog doodoo after leveling up 2 times, But otherwise pixel gun needs alot of help
As someone who left the games scene for about 1 year and came back in 2017, yeah, I had to hack the game in order to actually be able to play it. I got my account banned on purpose to see if I could do it again but legitimately the second time, and I realized why that wasn't worth it. If anyone on the dev team even give a shread of a care, the best thing they could do for this game is shut it down, and never return to it, or actually improve it.

i think the biggest fuck up in the history of this game was when they added the punishing level up system, making it so that new players have even less of a chance to progress then they had before

As someone who played since 2013 it's a shame to see the state the game is in I finally quit about 2 to 4 years ago but i came back to see if anything had changed and honestly it was worse so i quit again 4 months ago and I don't think I'll come back to it anytime soon if at all
I used to have a PG3D account with some decent stuff on it. When I tried to log in in 2024 and port it to my steam, all my stuff was deleted, including the 30 bucks I spent as a kid. Contacted support and they told me there was nothing they could do about it.

I remember back at the day I created multiple accounts and the progression was so simple. You just had to complete the campaign and at around level 17 or 19 you got access to this black shark rocket launcher thing. From that point you had to only press the shoot button and kill everyone. Peace ✌️

I stopped playing after I spent my lifes savings on the Alien Cannon, and it was such a bad purchase because the splash was bad, and the projectile bounced, i literally needed to make a new account. But I couldn't. forced me to forever have this account tied to my email, and the only way to make a new account was to make a new email, so I stoped playing. Because I just didn't have the firepower and spending the money that I needed for a good gun was wasted. Now I'm an adult with a new email, so... idk

New players get punished instead of getting rewarded for playing the game if they are lower than level 65. Weapons get weaker everytime they level up and the only way they can consistently do good in matches is either spending money or stick to low rarity weapons for their cheap upgrade prices.

Not necessarily, I played on a new account, you just need to get used to the game mechanics, before level 20, everyone uses weak weapons and another tip is to master a map, currently I mastered candy land and Arabia
The main issue is that the game is not newbie friendly. After a couple bot matches, you get thrown in against nostalgic players, sweats who made a new account, and others. Like if you're dying in under 10 seconds after spawning by 5 cross map snipes, you'd lose interest and call it quits.
Then you have issues where Pixel Gun Devs make mini games that have nothing to do with the actual game. You get players split across far too many gamemodes and mini games that it just cannot be sustainable. Clans is also extremely boring and grindy. Another issue is simply the amount of weapons. Pixel Gun left balance out the window and with each new season comes at least one new overpowered weapon. this gets into some weapons that simply should've never been in the game: grapplers and dashes. Players also should not be able to move cross map in a couple seconds so easily. Like some players move so fast consistently throughout a match that it's unable to tell whether they're using a certain armor piece+100 movement speed weapon+whatever.
Modules are the main pay to win aspect, not the guns. You can get viable guns as free to play easily but level 10 mods are crazy compared to like a level 5. Leveling system is absolute dogwater as well. Also, cross play was the worse addition ever. You cannot deal with players that have full control of their movement, swapping, scoping, aiming, and gadgets simultaneously. Mobile limited this but pc just easily does everything without any problems.

I remember doing those unlimited gems and coins methods when the game took a sharp turn into the p2w route. During this time, guns that used to cost coins (which you can easily get from half an hour of playing) now costed gems. And they did that for a large number of weapons, even ones that weren't any good
They seem to have reverted those changes over time, but i knew that was the time to start jumping ship and find something else

As a Top clan leader of this game that retired a year ago after 9-10 yrs of playing pg3d i can easily say that the main issue of this game is repetitiveness, developers doing everything by their own and not listening their community..
Right now if the developers wants to save their game they have to do a lot of things and do not big changes but they have to do HUGE changes.
They have to bring back the old core and meaning of this game and for what the people actually loved about this game.
They have to do original things not things copied from other games.
They also have to focus on balancing all weapons and especially better if they remove modules because that's the biggest main issue of this game like you mentioned before.
And they also have to bring back Clans 2.0 or making a better clan system because 3.0 it's a complete disaster and i am a top clan leader so i know very well what i am saying about clans..
The developers literally choosed to kill the competitivness for less active players and limiting the grinders and that was a shame.

I got back into the game when steam released. I didn't really know the new clan system, but after learning it and having a clan leader tell me I have to be up at 3 am for clan war start and grind to a certain amount of valor even though I have a job and school to worry about. I grinded enough to get the crystal clan weapons and then left the clan and haven't been on pixel gun since. Its been like almost 4 months now lol
There's also no way to inherit the clan to another player.
Once you Are offline and the leader of clan, it's just Dead.

Something not well known is that new accounts that get to level 6 within 3 days and buy the advanced arsenal set will get offers for magic X mods (minus the coins needed) individually for 19.99 which is just mindblowing.
3 years worth of straight clan grinding for a single X mod currently is reduced to about 2 hours of minimum wage work in today's society.
And I still don't have all full X mods despite being a top clan grinder.

There was a competitor to Pixel Gun, Pixel Strike. It’s also on steam. It’s also on its deathbed. I highly recommended anyone who’s interested, go give the game a try, it’s free. It’s dying, and probably won’t last much longer, but it’s honestly remarkable how different of a path it went down when it was originally a carbon copy of pixel gun.
It’s not P2W, you can unlock almost every weapon without spending a dime or any in-game currency, it has a reasonable amount of weapons & attachments for them, it’s somewhat balanced, it plays more like a CoD game than whatever kind of weapon-swapping mess Pixel Gun has become….
Give it a try before it’s too late, the game will be dead soon, it’s an opportunity to see the path Pixel Gun could’ve headed down in another life.

As someone who’s been playing since INCREDIBLY late 2013 or INCREDIBLY early 2014 and stopped playing competitively in 2019, I kiinda disagree with this.
There IS a reason (hell, a lot of them) to the downfall of PG3D but I wouldn’t call the introduction of gems one of them tbh.
It was completely possible to have a great loadout without paying a dime for the game, though something I will admit I abused a lot in order to get as much gems as I did was getting a drill in my lobby, watching ads whenever available, and most of my gem revenue was generated from the lotteries, since the game has a tendency to rather give you like 10-150 gems before getting you a good weapon.
It did require a lot of your time though which I had since I was only 11 but, it was honestly a much quicker process if you consider getting gems from lotteries as a win.
(Thank God I never formed a gambling addiction bru since wnything but parts were a win for me 😭)
Edit: Ok but the introduction of modules are EXACTLY what started making the game more overcomplicated than it ever needed to be, causing balance problems that didn’t need to exist either.
Also for my final edit to add onto this, 9:48 I completely agree with as well.
I don’t know why they’re trying to make a more “unique” identity for themselves when there was already difference in avatars in the first place, especially since most of these new styles are clearly riding off of other popular trends, it’s over saturated.

Everyone misses the peak of this game honestly that’s not coming back as a huge fan of clans 2.0 that’s why I played I got hyped for big clans such as wf, ba, obey, virus, etc. but now the competition isn’t as interesting all I play against is bots. Ya we miss the game in its peak era we might just miss the memories/what was going on at the time I believe the only thing that will safe the game is listening to the community and slow down on the content feels like there’s 10 different events happening all at the same time and only have time to complete 1 of we’re lucky. Still didn't see people bring up the most important problem. Having weapon efficiency be based on your level is the worst blunder of all, that means you have to upgrade a single weapon 60+ times with every single level costing you a lifetime of gold/gems for free to play players, added with the little amount of legendary/mythical weapons you can get to even slightly hold your own against grinders. It is literally impossible max out in your lifetime.

i started playing this game in late 2014 and have stuck with it up until this year, this game just isnt worth my time anymore. I witnessed everything, from the addition of clans, addition of point capture, campaign world 3 and the rise of storm hammer, that one period where frost beam spell could one shot anything, discovery of the guns in sandbox glitch, the rise and fall of pixel gun world, the first ever set of mythical weapons, the removal of smart bullet bazooka and other weapons with the homing attribute, the release of campaign world 4, my first account getting deleted randomly, clans 3.0, and the 10th anniversary
Same here, mate. Been there since times when Prototype, Head hunter and Bazooka (and canons) were the strongest weapons. When success didn't rely on shady deals with greedy developers, but on a man's back, on his will and his skill.

I remembered a few years ago I tried to play PG3D after not playing for years. Went in to my first match on the at at walker map, and the first thing that happened was I got one shot by the homing Mario bullet. Decided it's not worth to play anymore after that.

As A Clan leader Of Hepi (Hepi that was a meme of pg3d) Clans was better back then, 1.0 and 2.0, but 3.0 is garbage, literally completely destroyed Clans, sure 2.0 may have had a bit of issues but not compared to 3.0
But I feel like to revive clans, devs need to to this update of clans (a big one, not small one)
1: 2 new divisions (wouldnt be fair if it’s only 1, it’s been years,)
2: update on black market and the 2 other sections, and giving it good rewards, like 50 keys-75keys, and some weapon parts that you weren’t able to finished collecting the weapons from lottery (like 40-50 parts) module parts, 150-200, bring back gems to black market (around 100 gems at least the max) (and if you check black market for full week, you get a random reward but a good one)
3:bring back old clan war map, and add a new thing were if you as a clan member have the most valor, u will get a free winner chest, only to Top 1 most valor clan member, and top 2-3 will get 100 gems, and also with zones, make them better and not a zone that takes so long to complete
4: new fort stuff like turrets and mines
5: new decorations stuff for your fort so everyone can style their fort in their own way, (no I don’t mean new terrain and gate and fence and base, I mean more new stuff to decorate)
6: improved clan shop with good deals
7: this can be optional, but I was thinking putting into the clan update where in leaderboard there’s weekly clan events, of ultimate clan showdown, we’re you can choose if you want to participate, if you choose, you will be given a message if you’re sure you want to participate, if you participate, you will be put into a specific map where you can 1v1 the clan as cvc, you will be matched with the clan based on clan rank, who ever has the most kills in the team wins, every win will give you 10 Clan trophy 🏆 , in the event it will be a specific leaderboard for that event, the clan that the most clan trophies of doing cvc, the whole clan gets a reward, Top 1 to top 100 will still get a reward, just the higher you are, the higher the reward
(This just an idea of maybe reviving cvc and improving it to make it worth something doing)
Do NOT let a modern pg3d player know about fun weapons and not using the 3catspamming meta (hand weapons, doing "themed" loadouts (bfg, db, minigun, pistol for doomguy))

I remember during the ptw apocalypse, my only advantage was to be rooftop sniper for my team. The only disadvantage was once I defeated them, the killcam would give up my location.
To deal with this, I deliberately skipped upgrading my weapon in order to “soften up” the enemy for my team.
Yes I do agree PG3D is OG2win, P2W, & Hack2win at the same time. They need to give mobile players faster FPS option just like the PC players. My phone is 120 FPS but PG3D still only has 60 FPS. They should also allow mobile players to move the category buttons individually for a better advantage.

I think the game would benefit from more cooperative PVE modes. Even playing team deathmatch while in a squad pits you against your friends most of the time, it's just not fun constantly fighting players imo.

@@Retrok. server names like no armor servers were core in the "comp" setting. since pg3d discords werent exactly too popular, from that point the people who enjoyed those kinds of servers died. With that plus the pay2function simulator its turned into, led everyone to leave it like I did. The private lobbies were really what started pg's decline. The people who played pool party, scammed in duels and wrecked havoc on small maps like ice palace or whatever its called, were the main buyers funding the game. After pg was bought, it became less of how to engage players and more of how to get them to feel like they need to buy to play.

Damn, i still have the game on my phone i progressed so much that i refused to desinstall it, so it now sits there mostly as a memory of how much fun i had. Like i don't remeber exactly when but i remeber that way before the first removal of the tracking waepons because i remeber hating them and at the same time playing with the rocket bill launcher (can't remeber the name). I have like hundreds of mythcial weapons ... damn i fell sad that i can't play the game without feeling that something is missing like the spark that this game had just... vanished.

My only style of playing this game is 3 cat spam, it's one of the only ways to stay relevant other than just 1 cat spamming an op weapon which is equally as annoying, and now I stopped playing this game because I'm tired of sweating the game all the time just to have some fun for a bit, it's not worth it, if the devs remove 3 cat spamming and balance the weapons they'd honestly do everyone a favor including me
Here’s my valid reasons for hating pixel gun
1. Majority of old weapons were vaulted or put behind a paywall via buying rolls for a wheel, packs, crafting, or events which has caused the options for buying weapons extremely limited.
2. Weapon upgrading is basically pointless now depending on which weapon you’re using but without actually seeing how your weapon progresses with the damage increase on a similar point.
3. Removal of adamant, champion and gold weapons these were the most rewarding weapons to get so far basically a juiced up version of your gun but are now behind a paywall.
4. Old weapons being neglected, honestly this one hurt with the amount of broken weapons in the game it’s pointless now getting your favorite weapons such as automatic peacemaker, crystal laser cannon, fast death, exterminator, dual machine guns, prototype, anti-hero rifle, and ghost lantern have been nerfed so badly that barely anybody uses them now.
The short awnser is: Just let it die.
Really thats the best thing to to now, you can simply not remove a bunch of OP content/balance it out without anyone getting mad because they basically whasted their life savings on this game.
I want every OG to remember this szenario:
You were sitting on a good spot on a now removed map, sniping away with your sniper. Then you get a punch from an enemy using the Prototype. Now you made it your mission to farm for it, do singleplayer and whatnot just to have that awesome gun by yourself.
Now that you lost your old acc for whatever good reason this game can come up with you farmed back up, got even all cool weapons from singleplayer to help you with and farmed back the prototype and then:
Singleplayer weapons are gone from Multiplayer, the Prototype can't kill anything anymore unless it's a new player. The map you wanted to play is gone because flying beans create planets, I think, and for no good reasons. And when you leave spawn you get onetapped by some random sniper. Through a wall, shortly after spawning. Your whole team too.
The weird terrible storymode is the best the game has to offer, its bad but in a fun way.
Anything else? No. It's propably for the best to just let the game die out

In my opinion it has to be the gameplay that has drifted away from the slower-paced, strategic style that us OG players enjoyed but now the sweaty 3 cat spammers are favoring a faster, hyper-competitive approach that might is overwhelming for casuals players. The lack of balance in weapons where certain weapons are one-shot kill machines which also makes the game frustrating, as it turns matches into a series of respawns rather than fun, skill-based battles. Also the weapon designs and gameplay mechanics that have become increasingly unrealistic and confusing. The quirky, unique weapons that originally attracted us players now feel cluttered, and some of the newer weapon designs are more about flashiness than practicality, making the game feel less coherent. PG3d could benefit from rebalancing its gameplay, dialing back on pay-to-win elements, and focusing on what made it fun for its OG community and recapture that balanced, skill-driven charm, it might see a resurgence. And MAYBE live to see another day

I don't think you understand what they meant when they dislike EXPLOITERS cheating in weapons. It's quite literally the same concept as a cheater using aimbot and the enemy player reporting them for it. It's obvious that no one wants to spend thousands of dollars or hours just to stand a chance in a game. But at the same times, there are already players who HAVE spend thousands of dollars or hours. And for them to just see some random player pop up with weapons stronger than anything they have or seen despite spending so much on the game. It's obvious anyone could be quite annoyed at it. It's a lose lose situation for both new players and old players. How you gonna d ride new players who cheat, versus the same players who are part of your generation grandpa. Your logic is dumb asf, it's like saying spawning in a rapid fire rocket launcher in Warzone is okay because who even wants the time to get that weapon? Regardless, game is mid anyways and dying.
Attachments ruined the game and made it over complicated 2013-2017 was the best era of the game once they added to much weapons and updates to e game got worse keeping the game basic or somewhat basic with updates that didn’t completely ruin the game would keep it alive
Man the downfall needs to be studied, i remember i was glued to screen because of this game. The story mode was solid and really entertaining, gameplay wasn't punishing

Although I played since 2016-2017,this game went from actually fun to just gambling for better guns to just solo everyone. The death of the game is on the Devs, but also us. Honestly I haven’t seen any hackers in 2021 to today, but in the past yes. Again this game is dead and couldn’t be revived, unless they make a huge comeback

You can be unbanned if it was for no reason, even if your ban was for a year, or even if they said it was perma-ban.

When the game changed the weapon upgrading system thats when i dropped it, miss the days where i would play with friends at school and only have 3 upgrades for weapons
hell nah man if they just deleted all the updates and brought the 2018 version the game would skyrocket in popularity
It's just repetitive with the repetitive fixed delay weapons, instead of adding new mechanics to diverse gameplay.
Update 2.024 > There is now a glitch where you can get banned at any point in the survival arena modes, anywhere in an triple or quad digit wave.
Update 2.0.24.A > Instead of fixing this the support team will accuse you of cheating in coins in any means / manner, not elaborate, and stand their ground instead of fixing the glitch. The support teams view of you? You mean nothing to them. They're rude, and robotic, and don't care that they are.
If you're playing an single player game mode, and not making them money? They'll find any reason to throw the book at you: even if that book is blank.
When it first came out on Steam, way back in April, I got a modded account that lasted over a month. I used X mods with only the tactical knife and I was able to solo every single mobile player using 3 cat or other spam weapons.. only knife spamming. That shows the power of using a keyboard and mouse.

The amount of weapons we get every season, or day, and skins, and just offers on the shop are sometimes worth it (other then shops, and skins) but when it comes to people like me, at one point while playing the game, you will either rage or quit from getting nothing out of doing so much after hours of playing the game. Its not worth it anymore, but this season has been pretty good/ giving us a change to get better weapons that would probably become dog doodoo after leveling up 2 times, But otherwise pixel gun needs alot of help

As someone who left the games scene for about 1 year and came back in 2017, yeah, I had to hack the game in order to actually be able to play it. I got my account banned on purpose to see if I could do it again but legitimately the second time, and I realized why that wasn't worth it. If anyone on the dev team even give a shread of a care, the best thing they could do for this game is shut it down, and never return to it, or actually improve it.
im just hoping the S1 battle pass would comeback but devs always giving new weapons and new features, it stressed me out im always grinding to get new gears and equipment, the clan system really make me confuse which one i need to grind first, really dumbass invention for adding so much stuff😢

I remeber the good days where 3 cat spam was pretty unknown, swipe spamming and developer mods. Quit after the a new upgrade system when weapons need to be consistently upgraded
i think the biggest fuck up in the history of this game was when they added the punishing level up system, making it so that new players have even less of a chance to progress then they had before
the worst part about this game is almost everybody thinks they have to win or else their family is going to perish to some curse

I finally quit about 2 to 4 years ago but i came back to see if anything had changed and honestly it was worse so i quit again 4 months ago and I don't think I'll come back to it anytime soon if at all
I was a top clan member in wf and ag and had every gun in the game nearly without moding and even I quit about a year ago
I used to have a PG3D account with some decent stuff on it. When I tried to log in in 2024 and port it to my steam, all my stuff was deleted, including the 30 bucks I spent as a kid. Contacted support and they told me there was nothing they could do about it.

I remember back at the day I created multiple accounts and the progression was so simple. You just had to complete the campaign and at around level 17 or 19 you got access to this black shark rocket launcher thing. From that point you had to only press the shoot button and kill everyone. Peace ✌️

I was re uploaded this game after years today. I was saw a guy with mechanical 4 headed canon with jetpack. I was traumatised.
I stopped playing after I spent my lifes savings on the Alien Cannon, and it was such a bad purchase because the splash was bad, and the projectile bounced, i literally needed to make a new account. But I couldn't. forced me to forever have this account tied to my email, and the only way to make a new account was to make a new email, so I stoped playing. Because I just didn't have the firepower and spending the money that I needed for a good gun was wasted. Now I'm an adult with a new email, so... idk
