Eh....the Boss fight is Sonic 4 episode 2 But the Death Egg is Generations' take on the Original Death Egg design. The Death Egg Mk.2 was Purple with a transparent bottom half to show off The Encased Little Planet. Fun fact throughout Sonic 4 episode 2 yiu can periodically see Little Planet in the background and can see it's being encased in somthing. Till the big reveal at the end.

I really love the idea of having a Death Egg playset but all the individual elements of this one seem a bit underwhelming. The boss choice here is really not great in my opinion-- Like you said in the video, S4EP2 isn't exactly one of Sonic's more popular releases, but more than that, this boss is just not very memorable. Though, the most interesting Death Egg bosses have already been made, so it's a little difficult to fault them too much, I guess. It also doesn't match the design of the Death Egg from S4EP2! To me it really feels like they just wanted to release a Death Egg playset so people could complete the set with the Death Egg Robot and Mecha Sonic MKI, and kind of needed to come up with *some* excuse to actually make it, and this boss was that excuse.
@@ebiceric1050 The Egg Heart definitely lends itself pretty well to a playset like this, what with it featuring the Egg Mobile and lots of circular platforms that fit snugly into the spherical shape of the Death Egg. And their options for other Death Egg bosses are of course very limited, given the size restrictions and the fact that Mecha Sonic and the Death Egg Robot itself have already been made. But, I just can't get over what a bizarre pick the Egg Heart is. In the pantheon of Eggman final bosses it is truly one of the least iconic. I feel like they could've totally made Red Eye work as a cool playset.
Honestly I really would like them to try this again with the red eye. And it wouldn't cost them that much money to redesign this this with the red eye robot all you have to do is just make a center poll in between with each one of the panels being set aside. That said I'm still looking forward to the Lego version of the death egg and I'll probably go with that one as I've said multiple times Lego could probably sell the death egg really fast and have that turn around really quickly they already have all the blueprints and designs for it it's called the death star! Just add the nose another panel and make the mouth.
They could have done a full model of the death egg and pull a death egg robot toy and make it you shoot a super sonic ball at it exploding the death egg

Honestly, I liked the Egg Heart fight, it was quite a unique design, and the music was good.
Normally I don’t buy posed figures but I’d definitely buy the running posed 2.5 sonic figure separately without the base I really think it looks cool!
