    I’ve had my rigid heddle loom for a couple of years. I love the weaving but hate the warping process. Your method of winding by sliding the loom towards the pegs....absolute genius! I can’t believe I never thought of that!🤦‍♀️

      @@RigidHeddleWeavinginBrisbaneI'm going to warp up for these today and calling them my 'ute' tea towels. I'll see if anyone can guess why! 😊. Also looking forward to your patterns being available soon.

      I used 8/2 Tencel doubled because don't have a lot of 8/4. It was soo beautiful I decided it was too nice for towels so it's now a shawl/scarf. Can't wait for winter. The extra rows on the selvedges also made a beautiful effect. ❤ 😁

    In your opinion, is this fabric good for a light bath towel too? How durable would it be for this?

    • @RigidHeddleWeavinginBrisbane
      @RigidHeddleWeavinginBrisbane  22 дня назад

      Hello! I think this would be great for a bath towel. For durability, you can’t beat this cotton. If you are worried about durability then you can always increase the sett to 12.5 which will make a slightly denser fabric that will be hardier. Thank you!

    I think this is a beautiful pattern, however I am a beginner and I would love a real close up of how you are threading your heddle. I am not good at reading a pattern. Could you do a close up on the threading for me?
