I’ve had my rigid heddle loom for a couple of years. I love the weaving but hate the warping process. Your method of winding by sliding the loom towards the pegs....absolute genius! I can’t believe I never thought of that!🤦♀️
@@RigidHeddleWeavinginBrisbaneI'm going to warp up for these today and calling them my 'ute' tea towels. I'll see if anyone can guess why! 😊. Also looking forward to your patterns being available soon.
I used 8/2 Tencel doubled because don't have a lot of 8/4. It was soo beautiful I decided it was too nice for towels so it's now a shawl/scarf. Can't wait for winter. The extra rows on the selvedges also made a beautiful effect. ❤ 😁
Thanks so much for this pattern. You have inspired me. Also getting some tunes of discounted wrapping paper came to mind so we won’t need to use toilet paper rolls anymore! Thanks!!
Hello! I think this would be great for a bath towel. For durability, you can’t beat this cotton. If you are worried about durability then you can always increase the sett to 12.5 which will make a slightly denser fabric that will be hardier. Thank you!
I think this is a beautiful pattern, however I am a beginner and I would love a real close up of how you are threading your heddle. I am not good at reading a pattern. Could you do a close up on the threading for me?
Hello! Welcome to weaving! I will be writing up these patterns later in January for my website launch so will make sure I include close ups for you. Thank you!
Please show in depth how to warp a two heddle design, showing and explaining order of weaving .I live in the UK not many weaving workshops other than weaving Plain scarves

In your opinion, is this fabric good for a light bath towel too? How durable would it be for this?
