this is quickly become my new favorite podcast. i was already a big fan of both of your comedy (not sure i worded that right) but this is just makes me love you both even more. it feels like i’m hanging out with my 2 best friends. our bodies are fricken weird and kind of amazing and often also gross and that’s all ok and needs to be ok to talk about!! our parents generation just did not talk about this shit with us and we didn’t have the internet at our fingertips then! we maybe had solitaire and like the mine game on the 1 giant family computer. anyways, thank you for doing this and keep doing what you do!! would love to see you both live some time! lots of love from allendale michigan! ❤

Ashley - did you go to your regular primary or did you have to go to a like gynecologist or I don't know what they're called of ladder doctor to get that thing for your pelvic floor? I've got a lot of issues with my bladder and I've been told I need to see somebody for the similar thing to help with my pelvic floor, that sounds legit. Any information would be helpful.
I don't know if you don't even see this lol but I am assuming other ladies may have similar issues with their pelvic floor or their bladder sharing is caring hopefully you'll see this.
