The showcase showdown needs to be a more permanent part of loading ready live. Every time it's one of the funniest segments in the whole show. Brava, Kathleen!
30:03 Well, Graham, that's the problem with being on the internet for so long ;-). In saying you never considered your tombstone inscription you said something provably wrong. On Phailhaüs episode 23 the day of the day today was "plan your epitaph day". And you came up with "Graham Stark. A writer, a director, a jet pilot, a space astronaut, an olympic pole vaulter and a world-renowned poet - all lived near him". One of my favourite episodes of Phailhaüs, btw :-)
My personal impressive meal is Grilled Asparagus and Filet Mignon w/ Black Pepper sauce (which is just reducing a little bit of red wine and adding some cracked pepper). Desert I immediately jump to Creme Brûlée
Also; I still am trying to get the courage to send a letter up, but Cam probably is in the top 5 for people who influenced me the most, if not #1- just because of the podcast in like 2013-14 where he opened up about his life in high school, while I was a freshmen in high school. I was mentally ill, and really unable to focus in english class- so I'm sitting there, cam talking about being a jerk in high school, while I'm reading Catcher in the Rye, and going "Wait it isn't normal to think like this?". The moment is fucking burned into my memory. Because of Cam and that Book, I went on this huge personal journey that's lasted for about 3 years, which led to me coming out of the closet, getting on anti depressants/anti psychotics, freeing my ass from my abusive family, and growing up. I guess I just am comfortable putting this on youtube comments where no one will see it v.s. sending it to Cam and knowing that he'll see it and I'll be embarrassing
I'm pretty sure I actively stopped breathing there for a minute when Paul asked "How does the shitting stop you from going blind?" Those are brain cells I'm not getting back, but it was totally worth it.
They should've called the first showcase "Beej's British Bathroom Break": Brighton Sewer Tour, trip to Shitterton, BATH Abbey, BOG snorkling ("bog" is slang for toilet in the UK). ...and maybe toss in a rail ticket to Looe.
I think what she says in the Just Cause commercial (1:40:42) is 美顔器 (biganki) which I think is some kind of electric exfoliator. It's literally "beautiful face device".
I used to walk past the place that National Express coach photo was taken a few times a week. Also worked in bere regis, driving through Shitterton, and have been to Bath. Small world.
**SPOILERS** For the dance contest ==> sushi delivery service ad, it makes a lot more sense when you know that there are auctions for whole tuna in Japan. It's not that they're turning a dancer into a tuna, it's that the tuna feels like it won a contest because it was selected to become sushi.
Kathleen talks about Royals as part of a Showcase Showdown, but the first time she said it I heard Roils and was like "wait what are you trying to sell us on?"
I'm digging Kathleen's top/dress (I can't tell how long it is) this episode. The perfect marriage of Comfort and Professional! That abbey is gothic as fuck.
That amazon prime add does air in the US pretty much as is the only difference being the shots to the phone screens My mother in law loves that one and the one for amazon with getting the giant doggy door for the miniature horse who is being snubbed by the other horses so it can co into the house.
The two samurai dudes are Uesugi Kenshin and Takeda Shingen, in chronological order. They were famous rival Daimyo (Lords) during the Sengoku Jidai period.
they doubled up these past two weeks so that Molly and Ben could participate last week when they were visiting. Next Fu''t will be in two weeks as per usual.
www.twitch.tv/loadingreadyrun/v/115973235 - judge for yourself whether Cam knew what James was talking about, or whether he was being genuine... I honestly can't tell with that guy...
Alex can cook char siu pork? Kim is a lucky lady! Add-on: I feel like the shot of the boat in the 3rd DBR commercial made it "obvious". And I kept on seeing the mobile game commercial on RUclips this summer, I'm surprised Paul & Ben didn't.
The first extra push isn't so much about a news story as it is about the best hat ever. But you said it was the second best, so what do you think is the best hat ever, Kathleen?
How many Kathleen would that man's wing-wong be? I feel like it would be, by size, at least 3, but does practicality deduct points? Is he actually sub-Kathleen?
You need to take the De Vere Indignity Principle into consideration: All observed penises instantly become Sub-Kathleen, and therefore can only be measured in the quantum realm.
Hold the fuck up... I was looking up airfare to TRY and go to GP vancouver, and that was over $800 US round trip for the weekend... But an INTERNATIONAL vacation (even if it is a bit of a joke) costs just over $1000? What the hell sense does that make?
I watched this on the Twitch Replay and saw something in the chat which confused me: A lot of people were upset with the way the crew played On The Scene, saying "This isn't how this game is played" and "They haven't really understood why this game is funny on Whose Line". Putting aside that it's an established improv game, what was wrong with it? I've only seen the game on Whose Line once but it looked exactly like this then. The only mistake seemed to be Kathleen giving Ben a clue that was too specific.

LRR tombstone (din't know, who originated the quote): "We live here now."
I'm sorry, but HOW are there any views for this 2 hour+ show only an HOUR after posting? Like don't you need to watch the whole thing to get a view? Are people just skipping to the stinger? WHAT WITCHCRAFT IS OCCURRING, I must know and gain this power!
honestly I kind of feel bad for the person that asked about who inspired the crew to be better people ... like its cool that they got their question answered but it seems like they were kind of shitting on the idea that they should have been inspired by celebrities which in fairness is what LRR is too us.
For the "What do you want on your gravestone" I like the idea of trolling with the numbers, but instead you have the numbers reversed to display that you died before you were born.
Also while I loved the commercial thing I feel like they are super wrong about North American Commercials ... like I see commercials all the time that make noooo sense. She really lends a hysterical excitability to the segment that makes it special.

LRR Tombstones: "It's not live, so no thing's gonna happen"
It's dead, so nothing. Nothing at all.
I have never laughed more than the silence to "You know, we are the only animals that steal other animals breast milk."
Can we get the puppets more? I love the puppets so much.

That was weird, the Stinger was clearly Graham, but the style was Andy... (like when he goes off on weird tangents on Feed Dump)
Three years later and that ShareHappi jingle is *still* sneaking back into my brain... so thanks guys.

Not even 5 minutes in and I am laughing my ass off! Good job! :D
I love your folks content. It's criminally under-viewed.

That abbey is gothic as fuck.
That last thing the guy in the commercial with the 2's said right before it was paused was perfect for the segment. "What is '2'...?!"
I love the showcase showdown so much
That feed dump extra push at 28mins in is the best extra push we've ever had.
That amazon prime add does air in the US pretty much as is the only difference being the shots to the phone screens My mother in law loves that one and the one for amazon with getting the giant doggy door for the miniature horse who is being snubbed by the other horses so it can co into the house.
I look forward to being able to watch the streams in the highlight reel, eventually.
Ben "I want a Roomba for companionship" gineering
The two samurai dudes are Uesugi Kenshin and Takeda Shingen, in chronological order.
They were famous rival Daimyo (Lords) during the Sengoku Jidai period.
32:00 "A dead person says 'what?' "
"Amazon Prime: For all your weird shit needs"
I'd think it would be Alibaba
Does anyone know why this appeared then disappeared this morning?
1:45:33 The gang attacking the lady have the boat fox logo on their clothes.
Also, I think they're on about Kantai Collection with the boat anime. Not seen it, it think it was an anime based off some browser game.
There is something profoundly canadian about graham drinking maple syrup
Graham, any chance we can get links or at least titles for the Commericals so we can run this game with our friends?
But did Cam every guess the guys with the shootey and the grenades and angery?
"You have… several problems."
Oh look it's me.
I'll go hang out with you for 13 hours in Montreal. That's probably the closest I'll ever get to seeing LRR in Quebec ;)
"It means the current will flow" "From where to where?" "From the anode to the cathode"
52:12 Relationship goals :)
The bitflayr song is a mix between ichak dana and tetris, that is a very weird combination.
Is this the episoe where everything goes wrong?
Why didn't Twitch tell me there was an episode yesterday?
But... it's only been a week since the last LRL/FU:T. Did the schedule change from fortnightly without my notice?
they doubled up these past two weeks so that Molly and Ben could participate last week when they were visiting. Next Fu''t will be in two weeks as per usual.
Now that I'm watching:
Dogmane... or DOGEMAN????
The plot thickens!
Did Cam not react or not get that James was talking about Xcom? Where was that scene? I need closure!
www.twitch.tv/loadingreadyrun/v/115973235 - judge for yourself whether Cam knew what James was talking about, or whether he was being genuine... I honestly can't tell with that guy...

In terms of tombstone quotes, they do have the huge lrrbot database to look through.
As the guy who asked it, Kathleen certainly won the impressing dish round.
27:31 just saw kate's new hair and stopped the video, immediately subscribed to her

"How do you know we're live? Penis." - Kent Brockman.
I would be 100% impressed by Kathleen's meal.
After seeing that stinger, I don't know if I want to see more drunk Graham or never again.
epic ending.
Anyone have a link to that Hardware Store montage mentioned in AskLRR? Haven't seen that one to my knowledge.
TheivesNexus It's in the Commodre Hustle episode called Laughter and happens about 5 minutes into the episode.
a certain amount of knowledge about morning fish markets helps with understanding the last commercial
I bet $1000 for Beej's showdown. Shitterton, here I come!
Secret Tunnel!
I am literally raging over the fact that I can't find a single trace of the special edition Roomba from SoftBank can I get some help?
I think Kathleen enjoyed that opening just a little too much.
I like this it isn't that bad
Omg... That *stock* footage...
I watched this on the Twitch Replay and saw something in the chat which confused me: A lot of people were upset with the way the crew played On The Scene, saying "This isn't how this game is played" and "They haven't really understood why this game is funny on Whose Line". LRR tombstone (din't know, who originated the quote): "We live here now."
Tombstone idea: "I think I'm just dead here."
Ben mentioned that at the time, 1 BTC was at $1000. It's now over ten times that. What the fuck.
I've had Calpis before. It's... Not bad, but I couldn't drink a whole bottle of it.
Maybe they cut their topknots and stopped being samurai?
Woooooo, I live in bath
Of course the Canadians get hammered off aunt jemima
you should widen it to insane ads worldwide. check out Gruen Transfer for more of it.
Will we get a Dynamite Boat Race Crapshot? YOU decide!
I love how Alex just goes mad at the Sushi Delivery Service.
I thought BitFlyer was obvious.
You complete me
If you wanted a shitty UK vacation you should have sent him camping in bognor Regis

Views are collected after watching a video for a surprisingly short time.
honestly I kind of feel bad for the person that asked about who inspired the crew to be better people ... like its cool that they got their question answered but it seems like they were kind of shitting on the idea that they should have been inspired by celebrities which in fairness is what LRR is too us.
For the "What do you want on your gravestone" I like the idea of trolling with the numbers, but instead you have the numbers reversed to display that you died before you were born.
"2017 will be great" said no American
Tho sursty.
Beeeeejjjjjj, noooooo
Also while I loved the commercial thing I feel like they are super wrong about North American Commercials ... like I see commercials all the time that make noooo sense. The there was some perfume ad that was just, lady in the ocean for a bit them dior. And I was like that could have literally been for anything.
