Former Afghan leader Daoud Khan, a man credited with turning Afghanistan into a democracy, was killed more than three decades ago in a Soviet-backed coup.
Now, 31 years after his death, Afghanistan has honoured the country's first president with a state funeral, a year after his remains were found.
