Those ants are chasing you accross the country!! 😂 And isnt that retreat a find! Looks so well looked after and set up. Nice little reward after the dirt pit with its own goat and lively ants 😅
Great episode. There was only two other vans/campers in the Penrose park when hubby and I stayed a few years back. Peaceful. Silverton is interesting, we had a horse wandering around and a couple of donkeys hoping to score a feed from our car. 😀

Hi Guys! Loved watching this episode 😁 the weather has been crazy! We have been in Roma and sat through a huge hail storm! Boy those hot dogs looked good, and we love seeing Bobby, cracked us up when he rolled in the red dirt lol 😁pretty hot sitting in the van working in 38 Sue, I only lasted till 35 then migrated to my mother in laws house which was lucky 😁
Hey guys so good to hear from you. Yes it was a tough week working I. That temp. I managed well till later afternoon then demanded the aircon 😂 Oh Bob, it made me laugh seeing him roll in the dirt...he is such a dirt dog, just loves it but the red dirt is no fun!
So funny to see bobby deliberately roll in the mud after you hosed him down I used to know a white dog when we were allowed to have incinerates that after a bath would deliberately roll in the ash straight away
We weren't prepared for the weather in the off-season. We had everything from storms to extreme heat. The time of year we visited was all wrong. We would have loved to spend more time enjoying it.

Broken Hill and Silverton are both amazing and lots to do, we spentv5 days there and had a fabulous time, your vid brought back lots of great memories
We definitely need to go back at the right time in the future to explore more 😁
We loved Silverton and the Mad Max museum. Definitely worth the visit.

I've found as a outback travelling get yourself some baby powder and sprinkle it around it helps with ants.
