Concerning any Highway construction, I would suggest to send the parties involved in the construction including city, Provençal and construction companies to study how to manage and build highways, the best way is to send them to country like Egypt as they built 1000’s of KM of highways in a matter of 2 to3 years. Shame on Canadian management, makes me sick of hearing the news of any provincial or federal projects.

25:35 Hey Dude: Driving is not the only means of commute. Ever heard of Public Transit? If not, move to downtown Toronto. If you still wish to drive, move to another location where you do not have to use DVP. Also why don't you change your timings at office such a way that you can start late and finish late if that is an option. Could work from home on certain days if possible as well. Better than keep complaining.
