i said this on another video, but Valerie is a far better fit for the entire story overal than Victor, and this concert solidifies that in my head. the male voice actor was good technically speaking, but his lines come off as tryhard-y, where the female VA plays it far more natural. plus, i love the dynamic of this sick rockerboy being inside a ladymerc's head
So much better than the male voice. The guy even kept his try-hard action hero voice when yelling the line. Female V is also naturally more fiery, which suits the atmosphere of the song well.
@@rickflag1424Nah, he just fulfils a different style. Male V is all about the no nonsense mercenary image, he's a tryhard to make up for his insecurities. Female V, on the other hand, is far more passionate and fiery. I'd say both voice actors are great, it just entirely depends on your perception of V as a character.

Maybe because hes older
Another reason is probably because Kerry's singing and his "talking" voice actors are different
