I like this version more than the normal one on Spotify. It feels more “heavy” if you know what I mean. And when Kerry starts the vocals for this version it sounds smooth. Never has there been a game like Cyberpunk where they properly depict guitar chords, fingerings, and pickings. They do it for the other, instruments, too-I watched the drummer a bit during this mission and it was all on-point. Brilliant game.
Literally my favorite quest in the whole game not kidding had tears of joy doing this and the fact everyone in the crowd is just seeing this new guy show up and lead guitarist all dripped out in silver hand gear but not a single person knowing it’s silver hand himself now that’s hitting the big leagues
Having played on stage before, this was an impressive mission for me haha lot of memories come flooding back it was so sick, the fact the fingering is correct was impressive
I finished this game in january and i'm still coming back. FUCK this game is so cool some times. It does some things that I haven't seen in any game to this day.
Simple, but effective. This mission will remain as my favorite out of the game simply because the behavior of the members seems natural for a rock band while performing.

I'm torn, because I'm mad at CDPR for lying, and being deceptive, but I still loved most of my time playing it. I want to say it's a great game, because of how the story, and the characters make me feel, but I'm hesitant because I am aware that they rushed it, and cut some of the content that had been featured in the trailers.
they added back most of the cut content now and fixed most of the bugs, but it’s ridiculous to release it in the state it was in, it should’ve been released like it is now
@@oofmastercow6945 Yeah I'm so mad about that. A lot more people would have appreciated the game more. It's so sad to see people missing out on the good stuffs in Cyberpunk because it's hidden under a mountain of bugs.
Was having audio issues and couldn’t hear anything in my game, so I watched this video while I played
that's exactly what's happening to me right now
Unfortunately same for when i scrolled it on my PS4. I was hella excited to rewatch it only for the musical part to be super super low
that happened to me, but luckily I had saved relatively recently, so I just reloaded the previous save and reentered the cutscene, and the bug was gone.
The whole quest line with Kerry is one of my favorites in the game.
I would start a new game just for this mission alone it was beautiful.
The fact that they made the effort to make it sound live instead of just simply pitching in the original song is amazing
dopest fucking mission ever and didnt even fire a single shot
A lot missions in this game with no combat and they're just as entertaining.
@@mandu6665 but people will still saying how game is a lot worse than witcher or Deus ex
johnny seems kinda tame compared to kerry
He was aware that this was Kerry's moment, not his. Johnny really grows up during the game.
@@bernardobastos5996 very true, and he was still in a borrowed body as well so it would've made it pretty bad if he went back to his old ways right there
@@bernardobastos5996 he still did a sick guitar solo
@@fishraposo7192 But he didn't pull atention away from Kerry by doing his usual crazy stage antics.
I guess being revived as an engram in a dying person's body has a way of maturing you.
I'm not even a rock guy (just haven't listened to it much) but this scene and Samurai had me hyped, I love it. They did a great job exposing the player to why people are passionate about it. That's such a strength of gaming, games can be empathy machines and give you experiences you may not have otherwise had.
This is probably my favorite side mission in video game history. Almost brought tears to my eyes.
this version of the song is found nowhere else except for the ingame concert side quest
and it fucking murders.
I love how when you take the pill to let Johnny take over, your arm turns into Johnny Silverhand's metal arm.
Greatest mission in video game history, I was head banging so hard
I actually like this version with Kerry’s vocals over the Refused version
At 0:19 you can hear the YES from eric andre show don't know if it's a reference or just a unrelated but when i played this side quest it made me laugh
God dammit I heard it😂
I was angling up and down like I was moshing my head off. Really loved this mission
Me and my character headbanged the whole time!
Kerry's voice is god like
It's so cool to imagine like some diehard fans within the audience would've recognized how perfect V's performance was and that "this mysterious guitarist" was just so much like silverhand himself, not to mention him literally using THE guitar silverhand had (not to mention most of us probably went there rocking johnny's clothes) that there would be talk spanning for weeks after the concert regarding V's skill and whatnot...
Loved this mission, fun to just walk around and role play being on stage as Johnny. Looking back at Denny and "headbanging", the energy was animated so well. Love that its a more live version of the song too, not the studio version.
Out of ever single game ive ever played, this scene from cyberpunk was the only one that gave me goosebumps 🔥
I just wish this was a little longer I couldn’t stop smiling the whole time when I first played this mission
“FREEDOM IS SLEEEPING”
i love that immediately after this song played an ad for friggen statefarm played that opened up with, "we lost everything"
to which I responded "WE HAD TO PAY THE PRICE"
I love how accurate this to playing a real concert. I MISS PLAYING LIVE FUCK
Really loved it when Denny and Nancy were getting into it
Fifty years later the old amber was lit again, and will become the flame that devours and lights up the way.
Fucking blasted this on my headphones 3 times straight. I'm pumped.
Man what a quest that was. You could feel Kerry's emotions. I felt alive playing this.
This game is a fucking masterpiece
what i would do to experience this masterpiece for the first time again
God damn, if there was ever a sign to go play through it again...
Never has there been a game like Cyberpunk where they properly depict guitar chords, fingerings, and pickings. They do it for the other, instruments, too-I watched the drummer a bit during this mission and it was all on-point. Brilliant game.
Ok HOW does this not have more views!? This is AWESOME! This will never fade away.
I fucking LOVED doing this mission. Playing it once didn't feel like enough, but doing it again would never recapture the feeling of first doing it.
Fr tho. They somehow put the feeling of being on stage in a video game
I can’t be the only one that was expecting guitar hero notes to pop up during this part
I finished this game in january and i'm still coming back. FUCK this game is so cool some times. It does some things that I haven't seen in any game to this day.
I literally got chills during the solo part and Kerry's scream when I played though this.
Kinda bummed they didn't have the vendor who was selling Samurai stuff from the quest The Balled Of Buck Reavers in the crowd.
That would’ve been amazing.
The chuggy breakdown at the end made it for me! I literally got up off my couch and started fighting invisible ninjas, best mission in the game!
Simple, but effective. This mission will remain as my favorite out of the game simply because the behavior of the members seems natural for a rock band while performing.
Probably one of the coolest moments in my gaming history
kerry has killer stage presence, i was moshing on the couch during the last few seconds
This is what we need as a new Guitar Hero... this first person perspective and seeing everything from the stage. It would be amazing. I really miss the golden era of Guitar Hero games
I've never been this happy in a video game my god a masterpiece
little did they know, that was Johnny Silverhand, the most influential rockerboy from the 2010s and early 2020s.
That guitar solo gives me goosebumps every time, it’s so coooool
I love how near the end Kerry just headbangs LITERALLY THROUGH YOUR GUITAR
Those two champs in the front row. Recently shot two times and just put a bandage over to be able to attend the concert. 🤙🏻
One of the gnarliest missions I’ve ever played. Turning back and seeing Denny standing slamming on the drums was sick
really wish they'd have played Chippin' In and Never Fade Away on this mission but it was still one of the best side quests of all time
I want samurai expansion. The start of the band and how they got big
Baked outta my mind.
This was a true experience
I just finished this masterpiece. And now i don't know what to do. I feel empty
