There is something about a Philly cheese steak that makes them king of sandwiches. I like to make them with flank/skirt steak or even hanger steak. Cut fine against the grain. Just as tasty and a little more to my budget. Great cook up mate!

Yea you got that backwards its not Provolone and some people use whiz, it is Whiz and some people use provolone. Just because you prefer provolone doesn't make it the default option in general.... Whiz is BY FAR the more common philly cheesesteak option.
