    it's quite amazing that J-O played tabletennis for so long, wasn't he 38 or something in the Olympics in Athen 2004?

      @@mestreviniciusmesatenistab588 cara, não sei se só eu percebi, mais pra mim, dps de 2004 a stamina, velocidade e footwork do RSM diminuíram drasticamente, tanto é que o Wang hao tava começando a ganhar partidas dele apenas fazendo um battle de backhand classineta e caneta, o estilo do RSM mudou dps de 2004 querendo ou não, tanto que ele teve que começar a melhorar o backhand, e até conseguiu, mais ainda perdia de maneira consideravelmente fácil pra quem sabia pressionar no back dele e counterar algumas vezes o forehand, essa foi a peça chave pro Wang hao começar a vencer ele de maneira consecutiva não perdendo quase nenhuma vez, se e que perdeu pra ele depois de 2004
      O estilo de jogo do RSM sofreu uma grave alteração dps de 2004

    The score showed 11:10 (wrong) I think they did that on purpose.

      Although this comment is 3 months old, for future observers I'd like to comment. The Chinese hosts said what happened was Ryu had signaled the serve was net, so the score should have stayed 10-9 for Ryu. If you replay the previous point, you will then notice Ryu raises his hand after the serve before Waldner smashes it.

      It's not Ryu's call though. I didn't hear or see any umpire call it a net serve... seems to me like Ryu's cheating

      You're right -- it's not his call. One of the judges seen it as well and called it. The commentators mention it (in Chinese).

    It's always good to see Waldner lose the game... So he, who always disdained his opponents hahaha
