***** Haha, the guy was actually sandbagging. Watching the footage over again I can see him fire off all the rounds in his heavy into the air and sprint in to the enemies without firing a single round. Lol, confusing.

Gypsy Mind Trik That's the blue rarity shotgun called Bronzed Chasma. That one has shot package and hand loaded, but the footage in the vid is when I had just gotten it to drop on that account and hadn't leveled it yet.

I just wanted to say these tips and videos you put out really help with playing Destiny and make us much more effective in the Crucible. I noticed recently that I'm hitting a lot more sniper headshots now after seeing some of your videos and my K.D. in control has gone from an average 0.9 to about 1.2 after a few weeks which is awesome, keep doing what your doing.
This is the first comment I've ever left on RUclips and dude your amazing!! How you are 3 steps ahead of everyone else is just insane. I've learned a ton from you! Make more videos like this please, your my destiny trainer!!

Wow, this is some of the information that I have really been looking for in trying to be better at PvP. since this is the first fps I've owned. Since Im headstrong and determined to be a legitimate good player, I've been waaaaaaay more than a little frustrated at tactical info I've been missing, and this is a wealth of information for just one video. Holy shit. Shared, subscribed, liked, 5*ed and whatever else I can do for the Homie.
Love that you have some shotgun footage in there too. As much fun as sniping videos are the truth is what most people play and face in regular crucible is the shotgun. Also it's good to see some Titan play too!!!!

I have been playing really aggressively lately but I didn't realize it until you posted this video. Great points man you really understand strategy well. I'm going to try what you have suggested and hopefully see some improvement in my k/d.

MrPinoshow one of my favorite builds now. i only run that with my voidwalker or obsidian. Try the claws build on the sunsinger that build is my OP build.

CheeseGel 15 It's honestly one of the best ways to improve your game. Record your gameplay, review it, critique it.
For sure, I've been getting in the habit of warming up, then recording one or two Skirmish/Elimination matches then dissecting it. Sometimes the toughest part is actually enacting the ideas for improvement. Old habits can be tough to break!
Another great tactical vid! Something that would be nice to see in future: when to flee and when to push with heavy ammo, to maximize kills and avoid getting killed while you've got heavy. The best players I see consistently have this down pat.

On a serious level, how have you not been approached by a professional team you are honestly the best destiny player I have ever seen.
Harry Haynes I do compete sometimes against people like Triple and Invigorate and Nemesis, but professional teams are mostly bachelors who can afford to dump that kind of time into the game. I simply can't. Not at this stage in life. But that's okay.

On 4:26, in that situation, you could've thrown of of your grenades on that guys orb, killing him, and at least brutally damaging the other. In trials last week, I took out two guys in that exact position on Pantheon. Scatter Grenades are beast with Nothing Manacles.

Great video. I wonder if you could put together one for how to flee as well. I generally don't have a problem with judging when to flee but I feel like I need to get better at the fleeing while maintaining minimum exposure to enemy fire. An example would be those 1v2 or 1v3 situations in trials where you want to be that "Slippery Bastard"; that one person that escapes the initial chaos and is near impossible to land bullets or grenades on during the hot pursuit and manages to fight every battle on his/her ground.

ya i liked the point on the bubble. A lot of people push into a bubble like a moth to the flame, when there is no need. If its in between you and an objective by all means. Only thing i would have done was taken out my shotgun on that Cauldron match where the guy revived his teammate and you pursued with pulse. i still would have been aggressive just with a different weapon. That being said you are a sniper and me not so much lol so i run shotgun. great video though keep up the great work.

Solid video! Maybe next time you can talk about basic stuff like cornering and limiting your exposure to different angles. You kinda remind me of LevelCap when he first started RUclips and I learned all my BF3 tricks from him (I know he didn't like Destiny though).

I'm a destiny player who really enjoys pvp, and when i started off I was really bad so my k.d was around 0.6. Even though I have improved my skills in the crucible (my weekly k.d. is around 1.3-1.5 recently) my overall k.d. is still under 1. How do I most efficiently improve it?

Yo Vanguard! You are obviously a good PvP Player and the plays you make are of course always good!
But in the footage of all your videos, everything seems to go exactly like planned and you know exactly what to do every time in the gameplay in your videos. Don't you ever have moments where things just don't go to plan and you have really bad games? Where like people blinked in your face unexpctedly 7 times in a row leading in to the opposite teams snowballeffect of supers and heavy? If things go that way, that is not how you planned it, right? Maybe it would be interesting to load up a video where you just go really bad and where you try to explain how to get out of these situations, where people are simply better then you...

for that one titan comin towards u i would lunj at him try an land the no-scope follow up with the melee hit but i will keep a memory track of him in the start of the game to make sure he is not using a shotgun for secondary or 1 to 2 min into the game

Per F. Løkkebø That was a blue shotty called the Bronzed Chasma. That particular one was vanilla, but you can get shot package on it and hand loaded.

Hey TrueVanguard, I have a question about Rocket Launchers. Which do you think is better, The Ash Factory or Radegast's Fury? I have my Radegast with Warhead Vernieers, Tripod, Javelin, and Grenades and Horseshoes. A perfect roll in my opinion. But which do you think is best, with a similar roll to each other. I can't decide.
Richard Vargason both are really good Launchers and very similar but I would stick with the Radegast's and ditch the Ash Factory if it doesn't have your ideal perfect roll, if it does, try it out and see which you prefer to play with.

If you're happy with you rolls, just go for the one with the max velocity tbh
Richard Vargason If I may add, Ash factory is a great launcher but the rate of fire is really not good. You don't always need max blast radius 80% is good enough for most pvp encounters, try and get hold of Tomorrow's Answer next time Brother Vance sells it. That imo, trumps most launchers.
But I have used Radegast for the most amount of time and I love mine, it doesn't even have tripod or javelin.
