Had to laugh with the rac coolant job 😅. Binged watched the last few as been flat out last few weeks but I’m back up to date with your vids mate. I’ve contacted topdon about the diag pro, I looked at the autel but think it doesn’t do the abs bleed for the brakes on Vito 447’s so will see. I’m only a diy guy but my wife’s got electronic brake so it would help to have a decent tool . She always catches me watching mechanical videos and says I’m boring but I’m a mechanical guy! Built aircraft tooling and industrial machinery for 30 years. Whether it’s plumbing, electrics or mechanics I love it! Anyway keep the content coming pal 👍
on the van front, might be worth while checking play in trust washers in bottom end. with someone watching the bottom pulley, get another to start engine and press and release the clutch, if theres movement in the pulley in and out , theres your vibration bottom end....
I own a 2016 Focus ST, did the rear brakes four years ago, luckily I have a comprehensive Allen key tool set, the only way to remove the rear caliper is to have the right size allen key and ratchet.
Recently changed my rear and front discs and pads on my mk3 focus st, everything came off nicely.😅 And for the rear just put a short Allen key with a spanner comes out without removing the rear drop links.
I’m in the RAC the guys in the vans are great but getting through on the phone is virtually impossible and when you get a new battery with a five year guarantee you have to pay for another one when the first one fails after eighteen months . Getting the money back seems to take forever.
I fit lots of batteries to motorhomes and caravans ,bought from different suppliers and motor factors , iive have had a few fail, its always a problem with warranty , the only company to have a warranty that is any good is Tayna batteries
@@thomascatford2627 what I should add is that I drive my T4 van all the time , it never stands for weeks on end . The belt and alternator are working perfectly.

Why not just use axel stands to be save I watch all your videos and think your channel is great and on a few occasions ive seen you under cars without axel stands I’m just concerned for your safety that’s all Kerbie
I deffo appreciate the concern and I hate getting under cars without stands, if you see me “under a car” I know I have space if the car was to drop even I wasn’t able to get out the way I wouldn’t be hurt
For the Focus caliper, try the short 7mm out of a Draper style bit set and turn it with a 10mm ratchet spanner.
Typically I’d lost that exact bit out of the set I have 😂😂

Surley if you lift the car on side your working on and other side level rear anti roll bar will lift ?
Possibly mate, but wouldn’t get that option on a ramp and there was 2 of us there so we thought would be quicker to do a side each

I think I’d lost my 7mm Allen key bits is why we didn’t go down that route
I always have spares of everything and have like 5 10m 😆
Can never have enough 10mm’s 😂
Most definitely, always lose or someone asked to borrow and never returns 🙄
Get your summer bodies ready. Me: what in the UK? This Aussie laughed and laughed.
😂😂😂
Per the focus ST, yes a Allen key will fit without removing arb drop link - 7mm I think
Just a slow removal I guess? Wasn’t any space where the actually ARB was it seemed
Good video that mate how's your koi pond
There’s no koi in it 😂

Yep 😂
the most common reason i find ,is the beauty cover moves and catchers the valve
That could well be it as it was flapping about 👍🏼
Good stuff mate
Thank you 👍🏼
Would an independent factor be an option, more expensive, but hopefully more reliable.
Possibly, but overall the service I get is good and it’s convenient
@@kerbsidemobilemechanic That's the rub, just good enough and like you said convenient.
Exactly mate
powdered protein.my grand mother used to take that in the 60's

Yeah most of the RAC/AA patrols are spot on, I used to be an AA patrol so know some of the difficulties they come up against
