That looked like a lot of fun. Aurora is braver than I am I’m a fraidycat. I make a seafood boil but I bake it in the oven. So delish! Sheet Pan Low Country Boil What Ingredients You Will Need * Jumbo Raw Shrimp - thawed * Snow Crab Legs - thawed * Turkey Kielbasa Sausage * Baby Potatoes * Ears of Corn * Onion * Olive Oil * Old Bay Seasoning * Lemons - halved * Melted Butter * Chopped Parsley * Salt and Pepper One pan feeds six to eight people. Yet for larger gatherings you can prep and cook several sheet pans all at once! How To Make This Sheet Pan Dinner Recipe * Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Salt and pepper, then roast in the oven for 20 minutes. * Meanwhile, cut the sausage into 1/2-inch slices. Slice the onion into 1/2-inch wedges. Cut each ear of corn into 4 pieces. * After the potatoes have roasted, add the sausage, onions, and corn to the sheet pan. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning and place back in the oven for 10 minutes. * Move the sausage and veggies to the sides of the sheet pan. I have dietary needs that means I'm restricted to what I can/can't eat and now that I've had all but 1 metre of my intestine removed from having a severe form of crohns disease amongst other illnesses. It just becomes easier to eat at home so I'm used to sitting and watching everyone else eat. The crazy part (pun intended) is that I love to cook and bake for others.
Joe talking about the high altitude. During Covid we had no restrictions on Travel. So we went to Grandfather Mountain in Boone North Carolina. I took my grandson to Tweetie rail round. I was losing my breath and thought It had been a long time since I had been to the mountains. We live on the coast of Georgia. Anyway we spent 2 days there and I still was losing my breath. We came home I was still having trouble breathing. The next day I was in the ER with a Massive heart attack. I found out I was in heart failure and had been for a few years. I had had a massive attack that killed the front part of my heart. The doctor said it was a old injury. Never did I feel a heart attack. Just was out of breath in the mountains.
On one of your family adventures you should visit New England and experience a real, traditional New England Clambake. Fresh seafood right off the boat...you can't get better than that!!

We were in Williams, AZ last August. It was nice. We didn't do the coaster but will put it on my list for next year.. We did Bearizona. It was a lot of fun. So cool to drive through and see all the bears. We went at feeding time so they were all out...

I rode of these coasters on Royal Caribbean's private Island. I took my niece with me. She was so sacred. I was not sure how it would go. But we got to see some of the most beautiful views. We rode it again and my niece got her own cart. We rode it 4 times. And every time we return we ride it. I had to use the brakes first time. But did not use them again.
They telling us on local news that these days were record-breaking or the hottest day ever, but there's a website you can check and the hottest day on record for us was all the way back in 1895 and the hottest day for the whole state was back in 1913. One thing I did learn is that they used to keep the thermometers on billboards near each News station, which is why the temps would vary based on which station was reporting. For some reason they moved the thermometer to the ground by the airport, on a short metal rod sticking out of asphalt....which reflects heat and makes it hotter. Why would anyone want to make it seem hotter than it actually is???
Okay, there no way on God's green earth would I ever try that mile long ride. The slide looked like so much fun. Now you guys have my mouth watering for a seafood boil. We have a new one that just open up here but I haven't been. Now I want to.

I remember when I got diagnosed with Celiac disease 12 years ago there was barely any gluten free foods in the stores at the time, My Dr basically handed me a brochure on what I could & couldn’t eat & that’s it. I just shop the outer part of the store & found some GF pasta that bad back in the day it’s much better now. But things are now. & we still shop the outer part of the store & supplement by going down the isles
I do a Low Country boil. This boil was not cook together and they just added some seasoning. Your corn kielbasa sausage onions should cook with the seasoning until done. Than add your shrimp. It has to be fresh caught Georgia ship mediums. And I add a few things that other people do not. When I do a Low Country every one is there and ready to eat it is so good.
I have a 13 y/O with a soy allergy and peanut sensitivity and that is difficult when we go out to eat. So many places don't list the actual soy product in their allergen menu. He can have soy oil and soy lecithin. Thankfully we have found more places over the years that are safe for him.
Aaron I can't eat eggs or drink favoured milks of any kind or plain milk I can eat icecream though it's very weird I have the same issue in the toilet within in hour stomach cramps are horrible so I feel your pain good luck with everything xx

Bearizona is so fun. They have other animals walking around besides bears. They also have a zoo there. The kids will love it.

We have a place here near Boston where I live called Shaking Crab. Seafood boil is very similar. We eat out of the bags with gloves and a bib on.
