Whatever people say, but he is very very brave, 5 times UPSC , 2 times RBI, SEBI , multiple failures but still he is very calm and positive, I wish he clear UPSC in his 6th attempt.
I was thinking of starting the preparation of UPSC, Now i got clarity that i should never prepare for this...(Well i am 25 and on 18LPA CTC) Thanks

If you are from lower middle class or middle class family don't go for upsc in class 11th or 12th .... complete your graduation make your academic good. Have plan B and afterthat start preparation for upsc .
Don't give multiple attempt.if you are not able to crack mains in 3 attempt than start working on your plan B while preparing for upsc....

Every word he is telling is real which always gets lost in rhe chakachandh of selected candidates ka glorification(which they certainly deserve) but the price others pay needs to be evaluated and every attempt must be attempted as last attempt

Someone who is elder child or a single child and above 25y/o at home pls avoid upsc.. you have to first support your family.. you dont have any elder siblings who can bear your expenses so think wisely .

Upsc is a gamble ..please don't waste your your youth..u may get rejected at any stage ..these coaching institutes will benefit from money

These people have family background to be jobless for years and keep studying for only government jobs. We didnt have that so we engineering or medicine after clearing entrances, and worked hard at our jobs. To reach a level good enough. After the age of 24 or 25, generalist studies are stupid imo, atleast for some people without background. Its not about hard work anymore, but being jobless and not working with a vision in an exam that selevts only 1 percentage of crowd. Idk how irresponsible and impractical you have to be to make such decisions in life or possibly wealthy enough to afford aimless generalist preparation in a place like Delhi for years. I cant even wrap my mind around this stupidity

But personally i have less optimism that i will get a good opportunity with my mba degree ( i will become 25 yo )

Get some marketing/finance role.. HR role is fairly easy to get after mba..don't overthink
