At 6:15, "Try not to overcook the shrimp"... shrimp are already overcooked. :-/ Look at the shrimp shape - they start out like a U - uncooked, then turn into a C - cooked, then turn into an O - overcooked.

Saffron is from a flower and turmeric is a root like ginger. They look different, they are used in different ways and the price of saffron is quite high compared to turmeric.

Broke fast at 6:30 , started cleaning shrimps at 7:30 , finished making curry shrimp and paratha , and just had dinner at 10:30. It was great.
