note for self: during spiritual training, Allah ﷻ may open small glimpses of spiritual visions for us. This could be the "carrot on the stick" used to motivate us to do more. Our training is to not focus on that - just to keep practicing more and more and increase our commitment, discipline, and practices because Allah ﷻ wants something from us. It is our job to give it to Him ﷻ

-our good actions dress the people who are near and dear for us those who are alive and those who have passed away. Ihda can allow us to give the gift of good actions
-destroy the old things you have that reflect negative energies and realities
-as positive energy goes up you become more aware of different beings and their energies around you. Always have taweez and wudhu and recite accordingly.
-rid yourself of demonic items and practices before embarking on the tariqa.
-you feel the faiz of the shaykh versus having visions....when the energy gets stronger
-be good to the environment but the obsession about reversing climate change is a false religion
-cling tight to the head covering and sunnah attire. Allah wrote for you to be safe as a means of that attire. Allah will raise you.

Note for self: SubhanAllah, immense realities of keeping the Sunnah. There is nothing to worry about keeping Sunnah appearance when Allah ﷻ has written everything. Would Allah ﷻ write for success contingent on taking our Sunnah and faith down? No way. Sunnah brings immense protection, dressings, and blessings alhamdulillah

Some important points for me to take; Idha is the "secret key" for acceptance, nazar and blessing from divinely presence, getting rid of bad things and images from the past is important, as well as donating may be a good way of disposing items from practices done in the past, good deeds and good actions attracts the gaze and emanations magnetism, dressing according to sunnah has an aspect of energy protection.
