Really nice video... great ideas... wanna share your kore sound for this? In any case, I will examine the MIDI filter and transformer modules after watching this
I have added the file on the KORE forum, see my latest reply at: www.native-instruments.com/forum/threads/kore-combined-with-komplete-kontrol-best-of-both-worlds.294835/
At the time of the video I couldn't save Kore to Komplete, but now I can (I have tried to add this in the video, but it was hard due to changes on youtube). I do not remember trying to save it to the DAW back in those days. It might have worked as well.
Sorry for a very late response. Yes, you can use Kore for just effects as well. Kore is a plugin host for both instruments and effects an you can use it as an effect rack as well.
The Akai Advance may be a proper alternative to the Komplete Kontrol keyboard, but in no way can it ever do what the Kore system does for sound design. Kore was perhaps too ahead of its time, and those of us who own it really wish it was still actively developed
True. But I didn't like the keybed of the Akai that much (and also wanted a 61 note controller). Furthermore the VIP software crashed on me several times when testing the demo setup in the music store. So, although te specifications of Akai with VIP might be better on paper, I did not like it in practice and did not trust the software.
Late but...hmm I own both and there is no contest sorry...Kore still stands FAR above the rest. The 1 thing vip has is the direct prog change to cycle through synth engine on a single channel
Great video, will definitely incorporate my Kore 2 set up into Komplete Kontrol now!
Nothing wrong with your english mate :) Thanks for the share...

Even if you cannot save the KORE instance in Komplete Kontrol; are you able to save the komplete kontrol instance that is hosting KORE in your D.A.W.?

can you use kore JUST for the effects on 2 komplete instruments that where not kore ready ?

Amazing!!! 🔥🎹🎲💰
...or get an Akai Advance which doesn't need other manufacturers to 'get on board' with NI's dictats.

would this work with MK3 maschine?
I do not have Maschine (because aftertouch is not supported), but I suppose it will work in any environment where you can load a VST plugin.
@@pjpthepostman1953 Thanks what are you meaning by after touch?
it works with windows 7-8 not 10 is that correct?
